While there are some very good long time employees here,the ownership is either uncaring or incompetent. They routinely run out of staple food items, or have something as essential as the BROILER go down for days at a time with no apparent spare parts or repair skills.(this has happened several times) Can’t have flame broiled burgers without a broiler. When things are working the food is fine, not great but fine. But it is very unreliable.

I ordered the fiery pepper jack and bacon chicken sandwich and while the flavor was good, the bacon I got was very disappointing and as I was on lunch.. I couldn’t really wait in the line again to have them fix it so I’m complaining on here. Is this really your bacon and your bacon portions or did I just get unlucky. I’m not sure I will return to this location.
It is an 8 dollar sandwich.

Whoever was working the drive through at 1:30 on 2/5/2025 is an awful employee. She dropped A DIME and expected me to attempt to pick it up while scratching my door by holding it against the cement wall. She stood there waiting. If I had more time I’d have talked to the manager. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere they usually grab it later. Besides there was other change on the ground already. While I’m here the fries were cold.

Edit: wanted to come back and make sure that the woman who works here knows how much my kids miss her. Went to Burger King on our new base today and all my kids could think is how much they miss the woman who works here. Such an incredibly friendly and wonderful woman . Sad to think will probably never see her again. Thank you for making Burger King a fun place for my kids.
Incredibly friendly staff. Hornets nest near the speaker though so be aware that when you order you should have you window partially rolled up (although that seems to be common with a couple of different places.)

It’s BK. The restaurant was clean, meal prep was quick and the fry sauce was pretty tasty. I ordered a salad because it was on the menu, but was told that they have not served salads for months. The woman that took my order didn’t respond when I asked her why they were still on the menu. I had a fish sandwich instead and I could barely see the fish underneath the bun. I remember when the fish used to stick out all around the bun. And – no cheese – I used to have to tell them to not put cheese on the fish sandwich.

The drive thru is normally fast. Not today. If you like to have a nice hot and juicy burger, this is not the place for you. The burgers are always room temp and the cheese is never melted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go to another Burger King. The only reason this place is still open is because the limited time and selection of places on the base.

Good food. Service is quick. Very clean and well run. Very comfortable. Not much option in low sugar drinks which can be a problem for diabetics or dieters. Fries are really good, especially when hot and with fry sauce.
