Is there a reason that your store is closed and locked already?? It’s 8:50 PM when we got to the door. Me and someone else tried to place an order in store and the 2 employees you see there didn’t even acknowledge us at the door while they were mopping the floor and cleaning up????? I feel like this is not a one off situation!! Management and corporate will hear about this!!! Please fix this.

While the food here is usually good, and I typically order online so I don’t really talk to anyone so I can’t speak for service – I recently ordered and bit down on a metal piece in my food. I contacted corporate, and I’m waiting to hear back. I’m assuming it’s a piece from equipment that needed to be replaced long before it broke and found its way into my sandwich. Nothing to wake you up, and send shivers down your spine like chomping on a piece of metal. My teeth ache just thinking about it.

Heard back from corporate and was informed this issue was resolved and it hasn’t been. I haven’t heard from anyone. Insane that this is acceptable of anywhere you eat. Will not be back.

4 out of 5 visits were just ok. The servers were not friendly and in my opinion a robot would have had a more believable smile. The food was good (not old) with the exception of the iceberg lettuce. The restaurant was clean however no public restrooms were visible. Ok place if you’re in a hurry

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. All of the tables and chairs were pushed to one side of the restaurant to make room for sweeping and mopping. I felt bad walking across the dining room until the young lady doing the work looked up and scowled at me stating she would be right with me. She clearly did not want to be there. I turned around and walked out. I won’t be back.

Keep making in person customers wait to give app customers priority, I know this so I put my order in the app. Told them the name and number of sandwiches and they gave me the wrong order.
That sucks.
Bigger question, why make the customers who haven’t paid wait? The app people have paid. The people in person still have a option to not dine woth you.
. Ive walked next door for chinese twice due to being ignored in person bc the app takes priority. Switch to the app and they mess up the order. There is no winning at this subway. You guys are awful and your new menu is a joke.

We were the only customers when we came in and the two girls were hiding in the back, lobby a complete mess. We asked for our sandwiches toasted but they came out cold. One of us got a combo and they itemized the combo to charge more and didn’t even give us a bag for our subs to go. The food tasted normal, but could have gotten Jersey mikes for the same price and better atmosphere

Do not give these thieves your money
Last night I ordered $50.00 worth of subs on line. Was told with the confirmation email to pick them up at 8:20. Got to the store at 8:20. I was told they would not make my subs and they would not return my money. This morning I tried calling to speak with someone that maybe could help me. Just spent an hour pushing buttons talking to a machine. No help. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!;

The staff at this location is very rude. The girl with the headband Mariah is very unprofessional and not welcoming. I was the only one in line and waited over 20 minutes for service. As a paying customer they made me feel as I was an inconvenience when I walked in. The atmosphere when I walked in was very unpleasant.

I order a sweet onion chicken teriyaki WRAP was given this on flatbread. This wasn’t even warmed up cheese is still cold bread not cooked. Asked to add chipotle sauce. It was not added. Very disappointed in this. Tried calling of course no answer.

This subway is weirdly unprofessional. Only one person was wearing a hat/visor but she had long hair in a ponytail hanging all over her shoulders. One person wasn’t even in uniform, wearing sweatpants and a hoodie. Three people worked one one persons order but when it was my turn I was rushed over so another worker could get the person behind me. One of my subs wasn’t even properly closed. She used her hands to just fold over the bread and there was sauce falling off of the sandwich. The girl ringing me up asked what I got which was a Footlong and a kids meal. After I paid I asked what I got with the kids meal and she said I only paid for the sub and that I had to specify that I needed to list everything out that I wanted with the kids meal. This is a trash subway with unprofessional, untrained girls working there.
