Excellent experience at Taco Bell on Columbus Ave today! This place has made a total 180 from what it used to be. Food is always hot and the staff they got in there now is super friendly. I LOVE Taco Bell again!! 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at Taco Bell today! I went through the drive-thru for a quick lunch and was greeted at the speaker by Desiree. She made sure all my sauces, napkins, and a fork were included without me having to ask. My Nacho Bell Grande and Mexican Pizza were made perfectly, and nothing was forgotten. The food was delicious! This Taco Bell team really went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ordered through the app,it said my food was ready. Sent my husband inside to get it. Took them about 10 minutes to put the bag of food that was made up to the front counter for pickup. I was getting so annoyed I went to walk in but husband was coming out with food. We each Ordered nachos fries,they didn’t put any cups of nachos cheese in bag. Had to send my husband back in, we’ll it took about another 6 minutes to get a cup of cheese. When I finally got it,my fries were cold. There were no customers inside and employees just standing around while my husband stood there waiting to be acknowledged. I probably should have went inside because I would have been saying something like…hello or can I get some service?? My husband’s a lot more laid back,and I didn’t want to get out of the car because it’s so cold out! The staff there are pretty incompetent. I wanted to go in and ask for a manager and complain but husband really didn’t want me to. If I’m in the area again and want taco bell, I’ll drive the extra two miles to the other location (never had issues there).

I had an amazing experience at Taco Bell! Desiree greeted me at both the speaker and the window, making sure my Crunchwrap Supreme and cinnamon twists were packed perfectly with extra napkins and sauces. My order was ready quickly, and everything was hot and delicious. Desiree and the team really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I can’t wait to come back for more!

So they tell me they cant “make the stacker anymore” what kinda stuff are you smoking over here? It’s a tortilla, cheese, and the same meat you put in every beef taco. I don’t like being lied to, and it’s even worse if they can’t understand something this simple. But then the worse part, I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito, with meat and cheese only because that’s what I fing like…. And it was a tortilla rolled up with like 3 pieces of steak and literally no cheese inside… This is not rocket science. But when I come here the employees act like it is, and constantly cut corners because they are lazy.

Seemed grumpy and had looked distraught I had unintentionally interrupted some of the coworkers discussions with the customers. Maybe it was their lunch I don’t know but I ordered 2 supreme Doritos type tacos with a drink. Went to the public room and as I went to wash my hands and leave the water was not running in the sink at all. So I went to inform the staff of the lack of water in their bathroom sink and yet somehow it looked like I couldn’t have made their day any worse prior to saying anything but walk towards the group of coworkers sitting at the table again. They got up asked what I needed if there was an issue and I looked stupefied for a moment before saying yes there was and explained about the sink. They asked again if there really wasn’t water to the sink and I agreed before they left to check. Then I got my drink and my order for the tacos came out after a minute longer. I left and after getting into the passenger side I checked and the order was wrong. It wasn’t a supreme at all. Just lettuce and meat. No tomatos, cheese, or sour cream just a regular taco. I wanted to go back in and ask for the toppings to be added but with the environment prior I didn’t feel comfortable with going round 2 in whatever that was. Very uncomfortable place with the people who were working at the time, I can’t say on all accounts all the time but for whatever reason it was a bad day I suppose I don’t know.

We have literally been here an hr waiting in line at drive through. Guy in front of us just as long. The guy taking the order was being spoken to by whoever else inside while trying to take our order so all we kept getting was, “what was that? What was that?” And “is that all?” Seriously?! Now just waiting to get the dang food…. Good Lord….
“Edit” guy in front of us is about to lose it. Rubbing his head and everything…. Poor guy we feel you!

I wasn’t given all my food. I ordered a Catalina Chicken Burrito combo. Should have came with chips and cheese, and a crunchy taco. Received the Burrito and taco. The taco was put into the bag upside down so when I went to pull it out the contents of the shell fell out into the bottom of the bag, chips were not put in the bag at all. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the second time my order was wrong.

I stopped here this evening on my way back to west union oh from Columbus. I want to thank all the workers that were there. They were great. The food was the best I’ve had from any taco bell in a long time. I’ve never been to this one but if I lived closer I sure would stop there often. I was great!!! Thanks team!!! This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every time I go to this location my order is always wrong, every time. I understand mishaps happen every now and then. But it’s always an everyday occurance to the point it starts to feel like the staff is taunting you. As a vegetarian I order specific vegetarian items or I substitute the meat with beans, it seems like the employees at this location disregard what I am paying extra for and let alone what I am ordering. I ordered a spicy potato soft taco the last time I was there, and what do I bite into? A huge piece of chicken as you can see in the picture. I will never stop at this location again and for anyone who is looking for fast food in Washington Court House, I’d advise you to go elsewhere.
