I genuinely cannot believe how absolutely terrible this Subway location is- from the food to the pathetic excuse for customer service. I ordered my usual rotisserie chicken sandwich that I get at every other outlet without issue, and what I got was an insult on a bread roll. Barely any fillings, zero vegetables worth mentioning, and the chicken? Completely nonexistent. I had to unwrap my sandwich just to be met with what looked like plain bread.
When I called to complain, instead of any kind of apology or accountability, this guy had the audacity to ask me to drag myself back to the store. And for what? So he could rudely dig through the bread with his fingers, scrounge up a few pathetic crumbs of chicken, shove it in my face and smugly say “see, there IS chicken.” That is your customer service?! No apology, no offer to fix it, no basic human decency- just pure arrogance and attitude from someone who clearly couldn’t care less about the customers keeping his store open.
This location is an absolute disgrace. It’s not even surprising given the horrific reviews already plastered all over Google Maps, clearly this has been a recurring problem that nobody there has any intention of fixing. Save yourself the frustration, the money, and the disappointment, AVOID this location at all costs. Worst Subway experience imaginable, and the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, period.

So I got a flatbread and boy was it flatter than flat. Not the usual flatbread subway provides. I got 50% more meat and they only gave me a single layer of spicy Italian meat lol. Disappointment. Never again.

Ordered subway on Super Bowl subway knowing it would take a while for delivery. Subways showed up an hour later. They had mixed up the sandwiches so that the veggies and meats and everything were all swapped and wrong. Very disappointing when you pay $15 a sandwich for delivery and don’t even eat it because it’s not to your taste.

If there was a contest for the smallest, shittiest sandwich of all subways they would have won by a landslide, and that’s just being too nice. I asked for a 6in BMT and got a school lunch sandwich, literally 2 thin slices of pepperoni, 1 thin slice of ham, and 1 thin Slice of provalone cut in HALF, the man taking my order prevented me from seeing MY SANDWICH until it was toasted. when he slapped it on the counter and asked what veggies I wanted, I very kindly asked him if this was all the meat and if I can get more, he ignored me. I said I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and onions, he proceeds to give me the 2 butts of the smallest tomatoes from the largest batch of sliced tomatoes I have ever seen in a subway at 5 in the evening, a bed of lettuce, and 2 literal pieces of onions. An extra slice of onion made its way to my sandwich, but I guess that little guy was just way too much to give up so he took him out the cut. Each time I’ve gone, I have to ask (kindly) for more veggies to be added to the sandwich because they barely put any on. And each time there is resistance. Also each time, they tried to overcharge me for something that I didn’t order. I’m not going here anymore
