This place is soooo good. The portions are HUGE and so yummy. The lady up front is so nice and the food did not take long at all to make. We got the Al pastor and beef tacos and Al pastor burrito. The burrito is huge and a bit messy but well worth it.

BEST PASTOR IN HOT SPRINGS, hands down!! I have never had pastor so flavorful, smoky and juicy before. Most times it’s little tiny bits of meat but this pastor meat was nice, thick pieces with some charred edges- soooooo good! whether you get a torta, nachos, or even a tlayuda, pick pastor as your protein- you will thank me. Me and a friend actually had to go two days later because we craved it so much. We tried the chicken on the tlayuda and that was a mistake. It just doesn’t hold a candle to that dang pastor! So far everything I have tried here is good and taste fresh and authentic. Best truck yet for tacos.

Really great little truck. Tried to order beef tacos, but they were low on beef and subbed for birria. Really happy they ended up doing it cause both were amazing. Ground Beef was flavorful and so was the super tender birria. Ready in probably 10 minutes and the salsas are great (orange salsa is the hotter one). Will definitely be back to try everything!

I got a chicken and steak burrito and it was mostly just beans and rice with tiny pieces of meat here and there. For the price for one burrito (15$) I was disappointed in the taste and lack of meat. The queso on it was good though.
