The pizzas were great! I ordered four pizzas for a school party.
My only concern was with the pickup timing. I placed the order two hours in advance for a 12:30 PM pickup since I needed to be at the school by 12:45 PM and I wanted to serve them hot. Unfortunately, the pizzas were not ready at the scheduled time, and I had to wait. When I asked about it, I was told that they try to honor pickup times but do not guarantee them, and that corporate orders are prioritized.
Overall, the pizza was fine, but I hope they can improve consistency with scheduled pickup times, especially when customers are ordering ahead for events.

Just placed a corporate order for my business. And I have to say the gentleman helping me was so professional, extremely polite and helpful.
I have to admit. I don’t often leave reviews, but the courteous interaction of this employee made me want to do so keep up the great work sir

Ordered two pizzas delivered. Both came sealed and when opened, both pizzas were flipped and had slid to one side of their box. Looks like they had been dropped at some point. We ended up eating our pizza casserole with forks and knives this time.

If I Could give less than a one star I would. My experience, this time was absolutely awful and super unprofessional. I placed an order over the phone and came in to pick up my order, I paid with a $20 bill and the girl at the register told me I’m going to have to give you four dollars back in quartes. I proceeded to ask if they possibly had any ones in the back, Without even willing to check, she just said nope! I let her know I’m gonna just pay with a card then because I really don’t want four dollars in change back. At this point, she was so inconvenienced by the fact that I had asked her To switch it to a card. Her attitude was awful and Continued to roll her eyes and act like a child. Myself and my three-year-old walk outside to wait for our food after she tells me it’s going to be another 10 minutes. Once I come back in, I hear the employees speaking loudly about throwing my cheese sticks on the ground. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager, which they told me they were all managers there was three of them that were laughing and acting very unprofessional. I told them just give me my food and I would go so then she said well it’s gonna be another 10 minutes then because I’m assuming they threw away my cheese sticks.. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, and I would never think it’s OK to treat customers this way. And you can’t even get anything done about it because apparently they are all “managers” I asked for their names which they didn’t want to tell me at first, Then ended up saying One was Jeff and one was Luna, not sure if that was their real name or not But the lady at the cash register that had been rude the entire time never did tell me her name. I let her know that this food is for my hungry son that is standing right there And that this is unacceptable, She then just shrugged her shoulders and kind of smirked and walked away. I am just blown away at the unprofessionalism and rudeness of these employees. This has put a bad taste in my mouth for any Papa John’s now, which is unfortunate!

Ordered a large half & half. Received a large 70/30. 8 slice pizza, 5 slices of one 3 of the other, all perfectly equal sized slices, (no half topping slices). Now we’re short a slice of pizza cause the supreme side hates pineapple pizza. Like how do you not see this as your making it? Especially as your cutting it oh so carefully as to not cut the pineapple into the supreme side ……

We stopped in to the Shelbyville Rd Papa John’s on the way back to our hotel after leaving Run 4 The Roses. We ordered online and it said the pizza would be ready between 10:02 and 10:12. It wasn’t ready until 15 minutes later than expected and the food wasn’t cooked all the way. There were only 2 people working and 5 people waiting in the shop at 10:15. They need to hire more people or plan better when scheduling during these tournaments that bring thousands of people to the area.

We’ve had issues in the past. Thought we’d try again and nope. Won’t be ordering again. They put all the toppings in the center of the pizza, not cut very good and inconsidant in size.
