First time at this location. I’ve got to say to anyone that reads these reviews, this Papa John’s is the one to order from. In a time when the world seems to be going in all kinds of directions and none of them good, you run into that one person that redeems mankind with their humbleness and kindness. I had a very strange experience when I came home from work today. There was food delivered to my door that I did not order. It’s for a a different apartment. I tried to call the store to tell them about it, but they hung up the phone, instead.
The cherry on top is that, according to the receipt, this person’s order was supposed to have a 2 liter soda and some sides, but they weren’t included.
So not only does this place forget your sides and drinks, they won’t even deliver it to the right address or pick up the phone to resolve the issue. Order at your own risk.

Great customer service from Bob very friendly and he made sure I had everything I needed for my order. I asked for crushed red peppers and Parmesan cheese & he offered plates & napkins. Really appreciated that, didn’t know that was an option.

It took 1 hour and 15 min for a cold $25 pizza. I’m glad it’s better options to choose from next time. Better ingredients, better pizza if it’s hot and ready on time like Little Ceasars. Atleast they have better service.

I paid cash for a carry out and the guy working the counter, shorted me on my change. I tried to explain this to him and he said he didn’t understand. Food was fine but never coming back if your cashier cannot handle a simple cash transaction.

Bob and all the other employees at this location went above and beyond when there was an issue with my sister’s order. She was at work but she asked me to pick up her order, when I arrived they couldn’t find it anywhere. Long story short, they told me they would fix the issue and have the pizza ready asap. I appreciate their kindness and hard work. They deserve recognition for all that they do. I’ll definitely be back 🙂

The service was absolutely horrible. I ordered a pizza that was said delivered on the app and it was never delivered. Therefore, I called and asked why it said that and the person said they had to cancel the order because the driver couldn’t deliver it when I have ordered from here multiple times and had no issues. The driver never called if they actually came to my apartments and I never got a notification about the order being cancelled or that my money will be refunded back to me. I spoke to the driver and he was very rude and unhelpful with my situation and just said I would have to order it all over again and that they couldn’t do it on their end. I believe this happens because they were close to closing time and didn’t want to deliver the order. This happened Friday August 30th at 12:00 am.

Probably the worst location I’ve been to. Good news is .. pizza was hot and done fast. Bad news is .. the $7 garlic knots were nothing but baked pizza dough, no garlic, no butter; the XL pizza was to be square cut for easy eating, but we got huge triangles instead — which kids can’t handle well; we ordered and paid for 2 extra sauces but i guess that was too hard to figure out also. Terrible. Never again. Crust Pizza in Panther Creek is much better.
