Food and service were good but the restaurant was filthy. No one ever seems to care about keeping the seating area nor the condiment area clean. It looks a mess every random time i go. Come on guys… clean the place so ppl can dine in and not be grossed out!

This is the worse chipotle ever! The place is ALWAYS nasty regardless of what time we have came in. The service!?! The attitude of each female employee is astonishing! When engaging with a staff member for any reason, their first initial reaction is to drop the mouth open and stare at you as if you are speaking a foreign language. After about a 3 minute silent stare at the customer they proceed to silently turn to another employee and give same stare with mouth wide open. After about 5 minutes of silence you finally may get a response or in my case NOT get a response.
Without fail this location NEVER has their complimentary famous vinaigrette dressing ! 9 times of visiting this location (because it’s the closest) and each time has been exact same experience.
They need to close this location!! Employees are rude and ignorant. The place is disgusting! Staff standing around lookin at each other, no customers and yet no one cleans up.
Never again will I give this location my business.

This location was out of literally everything. The line was basically empty. I asked for quac and there was less than half a scoop left in the container, which I was completely fine with. However, getting charged the full price for hardly anything at all was absurd. My boyfriend also took the last half scoop of queso and got charged the full price for it as well. Normally I don’t leave reviews because I have worked in food before, and understand that things happen, and you run out. I just think that it is a little bit ridiculous that we got charged full price for less than half the regular portion size especially when Chipotle already has a bad reputation for their portion sizes. On a lighter note, the staff was super nice, and the facility was clean and in order.

This chipotle has rapidly deteriorated after its recent launch. I have walked out of the restaurant twice now this month due to extremely slow service. Here are the issues with the store
1. Lacking staff/workers. Very frequently the store is.l staffed with a “skeleton crew” (3-4 total employees) and the line takes 15 minutes with just two customers in it
2. The work area is filthy and the ingredient containers are low/not filled. Frequently the entire length of the work area is covered in food and due to lack of support staff the availability of certain items comes in lengthy waves or is not available for the rest of the day
3. Attitude: building on the small staff and filthy work environment, the staff is extremely short and rude at every juncture. Feel bad for them partially because of how little help they are getting but nonetheless it’s weird to be treated so poorly
4. Drink options are limited. Not once in the last 6 months have I seen the Chipotle slushee style drink containers filled.
This has been the most extreme falloff of a recently opened Chipotle location that I’ve ever been around. It’s a shame because the first 6 months were great and the staff was great.
Most Chipotle customers understand the “new Chipotle” phenomenon. This one is now just a regular, crappy store to avoid.

This location used to be my favorite however, the last 3-4 times I have visited they have refused service for in person orders. They never have a sign or locked doors. (as this location has a drive through) Very disappointed because usually the food is always good and portions are great.

My first time at a Chipotle restaurant , told the women it was. She looked angry and was rude. I was so irritated over her rudeness and I kept apologizing that it was my first time. She could have cared less about the customer paying her wages. I shortened my order so I could get out of that place. I apologized to the male cashier, who kept saying I was alright. The women that made my order was talking under her breathe. Again, the worst customer service ever!!!! We will never return to this or any other Chipotle restaurant.

Ordered online for Chipoltlane pickup; they were reasonably busy – around 7pm-ish. Pulled over to eat in the parking lot. I think the flour tortillas were just pulled out of the fridge – they were that cold. Tacos were good, otherwise. Chips and guacamole – guacamole was good, chips were bendy … not crispy. Crewmember tried to wave me off without my beverage. Ah well. Looking at the reviews now, I’d like to see this place earn a higher rating.

I don’t usually leave reviews only when I feel they are warranted. I have been to this specific Chipotle now 3 times and I will not go back. I will bypass this one and spend an extra 15 minutes in traffic to go to the one on 14 mile. Customer satisfaction should always be a priority for any food establishment and unfortunately this Chipotle is lacking. Proper management and preparation is needed, desperately, if they have any hope of repairing the tarnished reputation they have currently set. I will not be back and I will tell others to avoid. Please, take reviews seriously and do better with the next one.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. Went there yesterday and everyone was super nice, they actually had all their food in stock and ready to go unlike a lot of other locations. Good portions, great staff. The vinaigrette did not have enough oil so it was super thin but I just added a couple tablespoons and emulsified it when I got home so no big deal. Definitely best chipotle location in the area. Shoutout to the staff
