After sitting for a while nobody took my order at the drive thru speaker but a lady walking with a pad did. Got to the window and paid but realized I paid for some else’s order. Had me pull to a parking spot while I watched person after person get their orders. 20+ minutes(no exaggeration) after I ordered I finally got my order. Food was good but I won’t go back any time soon. Fortunately the order I did pay for was less than $1 different than mine.
Was contacted by the regional manager and given a gift card to compensate for the trouble. We gave them another shot tonight and we had a completely different experience. Service was fast, food was great, and staff was friendly. Glad we gave them another try.

I work the Chevy dealership up the run from them, Im also very familiar with the staff, all that aside, kassity and her staff are always extremely pleasant. The food is fresh every-time I go, my dealership orders from this Zaby’s quite frequently and the service and the food is just fantastic, I feel great when I come in, and when I leave. Definitely worth the shot! They get it right!!
