My sister in law and I eat here ; Not great, but not bad and it’s our spot to meet for lunch. But not after today! As I was fixing my plate at the buffet, I slipped and went down so fast, that I barely caught the edge of the buffet to keep from hitting my head on the floor. I went down HARD! Then as I was telling another lady to be careful, I slipped and almost went down again! ( the other lady she had almost gone down, also. What are they mopping with? Canola oil??). Looking at the floor, you could see the slips and slides that I and other people made. When we went to pay, my sister in law said “ you’re not charging her, are you?” You would think he would would’ve said “ No ! So sorry; the bill’s on us, come back again “. But NO! He continued to charge me $18! When I asked him if he was serious, you’re really still charging me?? He ROLLS HIS EYES and says”So what- $17.99 too much for you?”!! I would have been worried about being sued, but not him! He was absolutely RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!! I suggested they at least put non slip runners down, and he just rolled his eyes again! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE toward a patron! Never again will I go there! Plus a visit from the Board of Health and Safety may be in order. By the way, I was wearing New Balance running shoes, not exactly slip -prone.

We really loved this place have gone multiple times and had no problems until now. I have never left a review about a restaurant but this has to be said. Tonight I have found half of a cooked bug body in my rice. Do not eat here under any circumstances. I am really disappointed with this restaurant.

They have a sign saying $2 off if you leave a 5 star review, thats probably why the reviews are so good. The food Is not very good at all. None of the food is fresh. The sushi tasted very old. The canned peached were literally fermented (not even exaggerating, they stung my toungue). The wonton soup tasted like sweat. Service is pretty good, they took plates and refilled glasses swiftly and they were nice. Decorations are not bad, although the fish pond didn’t look very good. There were fish the size of my forearm in 6 inch deep water. Also it was super expensive for no reason.
I came on a Thursday around 7pm. I don’t know if it would be better on a weekend, and I don’t care to find out.
This is my first time ever leaving a bad review, so please don’t think I’m some sort of crazy Karen or something. I’m just very disappointed. I saw the reviews and got excited to eat good food after a long road trip, and now I’m very sad.

Ordered take out and the food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken was very dry and looked/tasted like its been sitting out all day.

We walked in, sat down, and went up to get a plate of food and walked out.. the food at the hibachi bar looked old and the place was only opened for an hour when we walked in.
The noodles we dry and crispy, the beef was brown, and the chicken was slimy.
I should have taken pics, but I was more concerned with getting out of there…

I like every item in this buffet, the best. The sushi is very well made, not like other with the dry out rice. The hibachi is also very flavourful. The price is also fair.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. This place used to be so so good and now it’s just awful. The food was bland or just plain gross. The wait staff was no where to be found except when it came to our check that they just dropped and walked off. And their facilities were not the best. They didn’t even have a changing table. Just a flimsy AND DIRTY folding table in the bathroom. Will not be going back here.

We used to love going here. However, it seems like since Wendy has been gone. That the food has gone down hill. We ate their yesterday and the chicken from the little hibachi grill smelled rotten, the ice cream that had strawberry syrup was off. The egg custard crowns were not cooked all the way. Nats flying over the fruit bar. The waitress was the only one trying to keep up and manage it all while no one else was around to help. Sad to say this since we have been long time goers since it opened as Tokyo Dragon. They became friends and would walk around carrying my daughter when she was 6 months old and she’s 12 now. But we will not be returning and that breaks our hearts. But we would rather bot be dealing with illnesses that come from bad food.
