i’m a DoorDash or in this store is always my least favorite subway to go to every other subway. The customer service is great. However there is one specific lady that works at this subway. She wears glasses and has a short black Afro and is always rude to DoorDash we understand you have to see that the order has been confirmed however, you do not have to be rude and disrespectful about it. I purposefully show my phone every single time and she always asks me a second time to show her that it was confirmed, even if I’ve already confirmed it with her vision able to see my phone. There is no reason to be disrespectful to a DoorDash unless we are disrespectful back and I don’t appreciate the service I consistently receive when picking up orders at this store. I believe it is an issue that needs to be corrected with her customer service. The other employees I have no issue with she is the only one who is consistently rude.

Ordered 2 carryout sandwiches from this store and picked them up. When we opend them to eat at our destination(an hour), instead of the 2 sandwiches that was ordered, we received 2 of the same sandwich. Contacted corporate about the issue the solution they gave was “I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less-than-ideal experience that you had with our restaurant.

I understand that the preparation of your food did not meet your expectations We always want our guests to receive orders made correctly Our regional manager is working with the crew to ensure all team members are properly trained on food preparation. . If you do receive a product that is not correct or up to standard, please return to the store so we can correct the issue.” So they wanted me to drive an hour back to correct their mistake and they’re going to train their staff. This was our last order from Subway. If you order from the app or website, you take the time while in the store to open them up while in line to verify their correctness.

Subway my way, empty. Food was made perfect not sloppy and thrown together, it was quiet, so what I’m trying to say is get yur sub your way and visit this establishment, so get in line, order, pay, and dine.

I ordered a salad . An 11.00 dollar salad . With chicken and extra olives and lite onions and for some reason my salad had no chicken no olives and EXTRA ONIONS !! Also one of the subs we ordered with extra lettuce didn’t have it .

The assistant manager, Alma, was amazing and went above and beyond her customer service duties. She was working alone when we visited, and she was pleasant and attentive to each customer. She had a very sweet demeanor and was all smiles! We picked up an online order and for the first time in my life, from every visit, and in any state in the USA, was my order hot, fresh, ready when I arrived, and fully fulfilled. She actually read and fully attended to the online special request section on the order page. This has NEVER happened before at any location in the country! NEVER! I was so stunned and pleased I had to go inside to see who fulfilled my order and personally meet, tip, and thank them for such great attention to detail and great service. It was Alma! She was perfect!! Thank you so much. You truly made our day!!! You deserve recognition for your superior work and a raise. You’re a true asset to your employer!!! Thank you for putting in such great care and concern to your customer service. It’s a true rarity in today’s society, and it’s truly appreciated!!! Sincerely!!! Subway is lucky to have you!!!

Went in for dinner Sandwiches. One employee working and super rude!! Asked a couple questions and she acted annoyed to answer. Cont to make online orders, while I waited a solid 20 min for her to start my order. Mind you, I was the only one in the store too!!

It had been months since I had been to this Subway. The last time I was here was back in April. What really annoyed me is that Subway wouldn’t accept $100.00 to use. It is money. What would they do as long a person came in with an order for 40 to 45 people from one person than what.!?

The day that I came in that I didn’t have nothing pulled out. I was in the mood for Subway. The subs that I had that day was good.

Ordered toasted sandwiches with mozzarella on them, and sandwiches were cold. Mozzarella was still whole and not melted at all.. ordered 3 white chocolate cookies and they are still dough. Definitely not cooked all the way by any means. Kinda disappointed for spending $30 and not be satisfied
