The corner of 6th and Carson is officially the best foodie block in the city. With Pachi Pachi, Carson Kitchen, and now Picanha all within steps of each other, this intersection is turning into a culinary power move.
I had the steak sandwich and the Parmesan fries and both were outstanding. The steak was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. No shortcuts. No filler. Just quality. The Parmesan fries were crispy, salty, addictive — exactly what you want next to a great sandwich.
This spot fits the neighborhood perfectly. Casual but elevated. Approachable but legit. If you love downtown and you love good food, this corner is becoming a must-visit.

I stopped in because I was looking for a specific Food Truck that I had tried in the past, but I was so glad that I tried their food. And to find out their Venezuelan and their food is so unique and delicious. This will be one of my favorite spots to frequent when I come back to town. Their side sauces are mild as well as their sausage.
I recommend the sausage and steak combo plate with two sides. My taste buds are still wanting more but it’s more than enough serving they provide.
