Watched the employee serve and pack and make peoples orders that came after me. I simply ordered 3 boba drinks. Literally taking orders and not making the drinks. This is not ok especially for the price this place is. Im not one to leave negative reviews at all. But this was frustrating. I sat for over 20 minutes waiting on 3 drinks. Completely not good customer service. I will never return to this one particular Happy Teriyaki. Nampa location is so much better and so much friendlier and faster at their service. This is so not cool.

Super great experience! We showed up 10 minutes before they closed, and the staff didn’t seem bothered at all. The lady who took our order was cheerful, and kind. Definitely recommend this location. This was on 12/12/2025 @8:50pm. Whoever was working that shift should get a raise!

It was my first time here and wasn’t sure what to try or even get. I almost walked out because it looked confusing to me until Juan convinced me to try the orange chicken and it was delicious. He had a nice chat with me and also convinced me to try the boba and it was just amazing!! Such amazing customer service I will be returning.

Ordered some carryout here last time I was in Idaho. My kids and I had orange chicken, and there were no leftovers. Given how picky my kids are, I count that as a success!

This specific Happy Teriyaki was great. My son was undecided, the gal helped him with patience and kindness. She was so helpful the whole time. She gave us excellent service. He didn’t know which Boba he wanted, she took time to explain what each flavor was like.
