Ordered a pizza and a salad on line 40 minutes in advance. Arrived at the time it said would be ready. Pizza was ready but salad was not. Was not greeted by the only girl in the place and I was the only customer. I asked where was th salad. She said she would have to make it. A few minutes later she said she had no Caesar dressing with an attitude. I asked what kind of dressing she had. She said ranch. While looking at the ticket they printed for my order. It said salad with Caesar. Suddenly she slaps down my salad without saying a word and ranch talked to the salad bowl. I asked if they had a vinaigrette and was just ignored. Horrible customer service. I thought it would be convenient to just walk in and get a pizza to heat up but not worth the hassle of this employee. She doesn’t need to be around people.

I’m glad we can customize the pizza. And I really liked it. And here’s how I told them to customize the pizza – thin crust, creamy garlic sauce, cheese, chicken, bacon, green onion, green bell peppers. And if we compare Papa Murphy’s to another restaurant, it’s as good as the Mosaic Pizza Company restaurant that we used to have on the inside of the Walmart store where I’m working.

If you like take and bake. It is one of the best places. It use to be pizza you could go buy and save money by cooking it at home. Now it’s the same price as most pizza places that already have their pizzas cooked. It is not a complaint it’s just the Truth. Still good pizza though just not as good a deal as it use to be.

I have loved Papa Murphy’s even before moving to this region. Unfortunately I run into inconsistency with the how my pizza is made. If you go to Rogers, you can’t see them making your pizza. But in Fayetteville you can. So from now on Fayetteville it is for me when I want a take n bake.

Went back a second time and ask them to please give thicker crust because I had an issue with the last pizza and the lady was rude. Short blonde hair. Huge gaged earrings. Will not be buying any more great Papa Murphy’s pizza I guess sad, sad. We lost our favorite pizza place.
