Best street tacos I have had in a very long time. The staff and service were just as good as the food. If you live in the Apple Valley area or are just passing through and want a good Margarita with some excellent Mexican food, eat and drink here. This place has been added to my must stop list of enjoyable eating establishments, add it to yours.

Today I visited Chicho’s, my first time there, only ordered to go, but the restaurant was quiet, not too many people there, food was given to me in a timely manner. The lady at the front counter (Bianey) was super nice & friendly 🙂 the atmosphere was very chill & relaxed. The food was still hot by the time I got home & was very good and filling. I ordered a burrito & it was huge, enough for 2 to 3 people 🙂 I’d go back if I’m ever craving Mexican food again.

Foods presentation was good as you can see from our pictures how ever over all taste wasn’t as great. Rice tasted kinda old like it had been sitting out for a while, Chile relleno was very small and covered with a lot of egg and had no flavor. Chile Verde burrito was pretty good but had no chunks of meat in it like most places do; insted it was very very small cut up pieces of pork in it. Owner is very nice and did provided us good service.

The pizza was pretty much chorizo that looked blended in beans. The beef flautas were stringy. And burnt. The cocktail had no flavor. I kept adding salt to everything. Especially the cocktail. I had to add the salsa they gave to give some type of flavor.. everything had no salt.. the drink was better than the food..

Paid $57 for three burritos. It was to go so that didn’t include drink or anything. Definitely not worth it. Meat was definitely preheated. I would not recommend. If I could give him 0 stars I would.

So good! Had brunch here for the first time and I’m so glad we did. We shared a plate but I’ll be coming back for sure! Chips were fresh and they provided both red and green salsas! It’s family oriented and they have Taco Tuesday, Champagne Brunch and Sunday brunch. Stay tuned for more pics from me of this place.

Visited this restaurant for the first time today. I had been checking out the reviews and they were pretty much perfect! So I finally went and it did not disappoint. The service was phenomenal from the moment we were greeted. Chicho took our order and he was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. He helped us with the menu and answered our questions to our satisfaction. Then came the food, and it was delicious. We ordered the special of the day which was a Jr. Burrito. But don’t let the Jr. fool you into thinking it’s a small burrito or a kids burrito. This is a large burrito with Chile Verde pork in it. They also add rice, onions, and chilies. It comes wet with a light orange sauce on top, and smothered in cheese. Very tasty and delicious!
So if you’re in the area or from the area and you haven’t tried Chichos, then do yourself a favor and go eat there.

Fantastic food all around. My favorites would be the mixed fajitas plate, carnitas, and tacos al pastor. Chips and salsa are fresh and not stale. Awesome environment with really great service even when your a picky eater. My go to place when you want a home cooked meal from your mom. I do and will keep supporting this small business as I always do. Hard working and really care that you have a great experience.

It is a nice restaurant, located in Apple Valley, California. I have been here once, at the end of October of 2021. The meal, that I have ordered, was quite delicious. Furthermore, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the meals were well prepared. Not only the kitchen staff worked well, but waiting staff was also helpful, and friendly. In addition, the place was clean. To conclude my experience, the prices were also fair, and not on the expensive side. So definitely, if anyone is in High Desert region, I would recommend to visit this establishment!
