Came in for a late lunch and unfortunately one of those new burgers were so bad I stopped eating, a few hours later after my appointment, I was headed to, I came back and Abigail the manager and Francisco the cashier took care of me exceptionally! They swapped my meal and turned my frown upside down! I will be back and love to brag about people I meet with great customer service skills! Give them raises PLEASE!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Cant get good help in fast food places can we ? I asked for it by going here . Food was old and greasy. The cashier was to worried about her phone than actually working . ( prolly checking on her baby daddy ) since she had her kid running around the store . She was about a delight to deal with as an alligator choking on a rattlesnake . What a shame . Jack in the box tacos used to be least decent

The bathroom at this place in is disgusting. The women’s bathrooms had no toilet paper and there was water everywhere and it stank. Went and told the people at Jack in the box about the bathroom and they acted like they didn’t care.

This place is ok because it’s near us. However a few things that I can not stand. A. Whoever designed the drive thru window to be so high must have forgotten that cars also exist in Texas. Also after paying they will always have you pull up to the thank you sign to park while you wait 5-10 minutes for your food. Lastly they charged me for a full meal just to tell me they only have can soda I mean, why would I pay for a middle meal just to get a single can, at least me 2. Don’t get me wrong I’ll continue to visit because there only like 3 times to eat at shepherd, but can of soda when your next to a gas station……

Absolutely disgusting!!! The restrooms are worse than a desolate truck stop!! I am not referring to the trash scattered across the floor – I am referring to the dirt, urine, hair, poo on the walls and toilet! The doors the the restaurant are also filthy. This appears to be a “newish” facility so I can only imagine how repulsive this place will grow to be.

My regular tacos were good, but my sandwhich had no cheese and my bacon and cheese fries were not loaded. Looks like they were running low and put a quarter sized dribble of cheese on each item and I’m not pleased especially sense these loaded items cost more than plain and I did not receive what I paid for.

Shout out to Rosbel, he took my order and was very meticulous to make sure it was right. He was very friendly and overall made the experience amazing! Give him a raise! As a business owner myself I wish I had more young people working for me with the same attitude and respect he has. Give him a raise!
