Im extremely frustrated with this location. It seems like every time I come in, they are out of basic ingredients for the most popular items or its an hour wait according to Brody. To make matters worse, the staff acts like you’re bothering them just by ordering. Zero customer service skills and poor inventory management. Won’t be coming back.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and it’s always because of the same employee, Brody. He consistently comes across as rude, unhelpful, and honestly unwilling to put effort into making what I order. Every interaction feels like I’m inconveniencing him just by being there.
It’s frustrating when you’re paying for food and feel like the employee doesn’t care at all. The lack of effort and attitude really ruin the experience.

I see numerous bad reviews about this establishment but my experience has been very positive. The employees are very friendly, they’re fast at making the order and the Smoothies and Açaí Bowls are top tier, I definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area.

Marginal to bad service overall. No professionalism by the employees, dress in beyond casual, although I paid for the meal, I was not given chips, which I had to ask for after the fact. Smoothies and wrap were ok. The bad service will kill your business really quick without it getting addressed. Return business is the key and your employees don’t have any idea what that means. Washing hands from registers to making food should be mandatory….

Their food is good and the only one around where I live but they make several health code violations. I saw one employee touching their hair the proceed to make orders without washing their hands first.They they don’t have hairnets on. One employee didn’t even have their hair tied back. These things make it hard to trust your food is not contaminated with something. Not friendly, even dressing in what looks like pajamas and slippers as shoes. The management seems to not even put effort into following health codes

They never have açaí bowls! Every single time I go in for one, there is always an excuse as to why they are out. Today’s was “we’ve been real busy, I haven’t had time to get to it”. It’s 10:30am. Okay…. Interesting thing to say to a customer but alright. I despise this location.

That bathroom stick needs to be thrown away, requiring your customers to take a disgusting 3 foot long wooden stick with a key on it to unlock the bathroom, then set it back on the counter right next to your food station is insanity, not to mention your employees are touching that thing with no gloves and then making smoothies

I ordered through the tropical smoothie app for delievery and it’s powered by DoorDash. I ordered a pair and save with a pb flatbread and blimey limey smoothie. I ordered an additional flat bread but I did not get it with my order. When I tried to call the store to have it fixed the phone just rang and rang. I’ve come here to pick up a few times in the past and also have had horrible experiences. When they run out of bananas they don’t tell you, you just get a flatbread with peanut butter and granola. The quality needs to be fixed here.

This building has had some good places over the last few years, it was a poke poke at one point(sigh). I got the mango magic and the lady got a super food smoothie with you protein, they have a great selection of addins but no wheat grass. I thought my drink was good but hers tasted like a dreamcicle. We will be back to try the sandwiches and wraps. I hope these guys will be here for a while it’s nice to have healthy options in the south valley.

I only come here because it is close to my house, however, the service is always absolutely horrible. Today I used the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. There was toilet paper everywhere and even a hair on the toilet. I was next in line after an employee and they didn’t even flush the toilet, absolutely disgusting. Their service is generally horrible every time I visit, but I did NOT know their hygiene standards were just as bad.
