I don’t think this is a place I’d be coming back too.
First off parking is a hassle, which set the tone for the rest of the night.
Inside the place definitely shows its age and could use a refresh.
Despite only a few other tables being occupied, service was very slow. We waited a while before our orders were taken, and then longer to receive our drinks and few appetizers.
The staff didn’t seem friendly or attentive, which was disappointing. They were all off to the back of restaurant conversing amongst themselves.
Drinks are a bit overpriced, but they were unique. I have to give them that.
The overall vibe was not there for us, maybe we came on an off day for them, but I dont see myself returning any time soon.

We had a very positive experience at the restaurant. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent and we would definitely recommend it to others. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Overall, we had a great time and would be happy to return to this establishment in the future. One downfall is the ambiance specifically the tables and chairs could use a spruce up, currently they are more suitable for a fast food establishment.

The food was decent but the service was so horrible and slow. Despite them being empty, we had to ask numerous times for drinks and for the check. The DJ played good music which added to the atmosphere. The women’s bathroom is also super cute to take pictures in, since there is a flower wall.

The experience was amazing! We were skeptical about trying it because of the previous reviews but we were not disappointed at all!!! David was a fantastic host, DJ, bartender, & waiter, gave white glove service. Super personable, knew the menu, and very accomadating. La Pela roll was delicious, along with the Pork Belly Ceviche, delectable, with exceptional balance of flavors. The IV bag (Dextrosa) was so refreshing with the passion fruit as the star! Dont miss out on La Pepa Punch bowl made in an actual half watermelon!!! We don’t know where these reviews came from before but imma tell you right now I can only give five stars but I’d give 10 if it was possible!!!! Ask for David and thank Miami for the hospitality!

We got there while happy hour was going on but there was no one there. Columbia/Joshua was at the door, very friendly and willing to make sure we were welcomed to stay. We decided to walk around for a little. He let us know they have free parking behind the restaurant. There are limited spaces but there is also plenty of street parking. When we returned there was still no one there but we decided to stay anyways. Columbia provided the best customer service, some of the best that I’ve had in a very long time. And this is coming from someone who worked in hospitality.
He made suggestions, was attentive, and very welcoming. The music playing was a vibe and he made sure that we were happy.
The coconut margarita and Passionfruit margarita drinks were on happy hour. Both could have been better. The Passionfruit didn’t taste like Passionfruit and was kind of bitter. The coconut one was missing the creamy coconut flavor and we were told management decided to change the ingredients . Not the best drinks but not the worse. The monfonguito basket was sooo good. Highly recommend. Small but all packed so much flavor. I had the fried rice which was good and tried the pasta with the pink sauce with shrimp as an add on. I would say that they should give more shrimp and the portion size could have been better. It presents to be big because of the bowl but it’s a shallow dish.
The hookah was on point. It was $30. Flavor was good and it was smooth. We got it refilled for $20 which I think is high. It is a bit pricey overall as my check was over $200 but I didn’t stick to just happy hour: All in all I would definitely come back as I hear this place gets packed and has a much different vibe at night.
Ask for Columbia, he’s an excellent server!

Ok let’s talk, first the food is very good and creative, drink are creative as well, atmosphere a little dead but not terrible. Server was very nice but she neglected to tell us the hookah is separate check with a 2.6% added if you use your card, 18% gratuity no matter what you ordering the menu, so cash may be your best option. Parking is ok but you gotta find it, there is a little in the back but good luck finding is. I’m the street the parking is $1.50 an hour. The music was Spanish all night, for two hours it never changed a little variety would have been nice. It is clean and the bathroom is beautiful so take pictures. All in all I’ll come back for the shrimp Alfredo omg it was delicious, watermelon drink is big so bring another person to help drink it.

Came to check out this place because of the pictures online of the IV bag drinks. However upon coming here, this place was much more than that. The vibe was chill, the food was AMAZING, the service was impeccable, and the chef made every plate come out looking like a 5 star restaurant. Oh, and the drinks were pretty and packed a huge punch. They also offer hookah. At 10:30pm they stop serving dinner and it turns into a bar/lounge with a Hispanic vibe. This place is a must try.

On a personal level, it was a pretty good experience for me from the food and drinks to the music, but I came with a group for my friend’s birthday and the experience wholistically was not good. It was 9 of us, and we came at 8pm (was not busy at all), ordered our food at the same time and our food came out 30 minutes apart. We came for my friend’s birthday and not only was she the last person to get her food after everyone finished theirs but the food had bacon in it still after she requested that it not be in there. There’s a mandatory 18% service charge, and they did not even discount our check for all the trouble they put us through. We requested to speak to the manager and he would not come speak to us, how rude.

It was a nice place, server was attentive and kind. I only rated this place a 4 stars because I was disappointed with the “ensalada de pulpo” being literally spring mix salad with 1 octopus tentacle and a lot of old bay seasoning instead of what we Caribbeans would consider a ‘ceviche’ and on top of that it was $19 – mind blown!
Other than that we were happy with the music and calmed atmosphere on a Saturday night. On the other hand, the Karol G roll was phenomenal!

this place is sooooo good…. the DJ , THE FOOD, DRINKS…. the only issue i had was that they made me move tables but the waiter was so humble nice that I stayed… i would def come back again and just advance tell them i dont want to be moved… i spoke to the owner about the experience and he was really cool about the situation. thanknyou for that….
