I ordered a cake w a bunch of fruit mixed in it, the cake was 50 bucks and I tipped 10. When I got the layers were uneven and there were giant chunks of strawberry frozen solid. I made a complaint and sent pics, and I guess they just told the lady who made it to call me and tell me that’s just how the cakes are. Awkward as hell honestly. She explained that they don’t chop and mix up the ice cream for the ice cream cakes like they do their normal ice cream, which is stupid. So obviously I’m not buying cakes from there ever again. Sucks because their ice cream is good, but I expect more when I spend that much money.

My husband and I each got signature creations that have been on the menu for years, but somehow I only ended up with 25% of the mix-ins I should have. Mud Pie Mojo comes with almonds, Oreo, peanut butter, and fudge. The ice cream I received tonight only had almonds and, for some reason, a couple of chocolate chips. I called the restaurant twice this evening to complain, and the phone rang about ten times and then I got a busy signal both times.
We’ve loved Cold Stone for years, but have avoided this particular location for a long time as our first experience with them was also less than stellar. We came back to get an ice cream cake for Mother’s Day. I truly hope this $40 cake delivers leaps and bounds more than the incredibly disappointing $20 ice cream creations.

I’m not sure why we continue to give it a chance. Every time we have small amounts of mix ins. I paid extra this time for 2x oreos on top of the regular toppings. This was not worth the cost. Buyer beware.

After waiting a very long time because there was only one girl working another girl who looks like she hates her job came in. She came in with gallons of milk from somewhere else. I asked for a kids size birthday cake remix and she proceeded to rudely let me know that the kids size was half the size of the like it. I told her i was fine with that because thats all i can eat anyway but after that she went to the back to get my ice cream, when there was ice-cream in the front. I found that really weird and by the time I paid and got to my car the ice-cream had melted. Please hire and do better cold stone.

This place was so dirty in the bathroom part. My daughter asked for a small cup of ice cream(watermelon sherbert) and the lady gave her cotton candy.my shake was not right,it did not have syrup or whipped cream even though I asked for it. The woman’s shirt had holes in it and it was dirty. She gave my daughter a dirty sample spoon. I waited 1 hour to get two things. They put the wrong ingredients in the shake I ordered,just DO NOT come here

Staff members were very unpleasant and unprofessional. I ordered a birthday cake remix milkshake which did not include the sprinkles, brownies, or fudge. Normally I wouldn’t mind but a small is roughly $7. I spent +$30 at the establishment the girls working did not want to be there I even tipped, they were miserable. Won’t be returning again. Would rather go to Acushnet creamery

Went in and got 2 quarts or ice cream. My wife’s came out good and full. Mine however was not full and missing some, not a ton but for the price we paid I expect my full amount. Also the outside of my container was sticky and dirty with ice cream on it. Had to wash the outside once we got home .
