This is my favourite place for work lunch – I’ve been going for years.
The food is a very fair price, and the portion sizes are very much worth your money. It’s also delicious, and a great option for food. Everything always tastes fresh, and I’ve never felt like my meals underdeliver.
For yummy, nutritious and filling food, at a reasonable price for a work-lunch, you can’t go wrong.

This is a cute local Japanese restaurant serving a great selection of sushi rolls – all handmade in front of you!
This has easily become a go-to take away or dine in lunch place to drop by. I always enjoy the raw salmon rolls and their range of chicken rolls too! The staff members here are very welcoming and it’s always a pleasure visiting.
Worth checking out if you’re looking for a quick bite and craving sushi!

I come here regularly for work lunches. The hot meals are good portions, prepared quickly and good value for money. The sushi is fresh and tasty, but bit pricey considering you only get a few pieces. They don’t offer bags for takeaway so bring your own.

I just ate the tofu don and it was amazing. It came with a vegetable and a pickle which made my lunch taste so good. The flavour was on point and the egg was perfectly cooked. I am looking forward to getting more meals from here.

Tasty rice bowls (donburi) with generous portions. The teriyaki is good and so is the katsu curry. The staff are very friendly and polite, and give great service even during the busy lunch hour. The sushi on display is a tad pricey though, for the number of pieces you get. I’d stick with the hot food as it’s much better value.

I wouldn’t call this ‘great’ Japanese food, but it’s certainly competent. Super-popular with the local office crowd. Friendly staff. A surprisingly varied menu, not just sushi, but if you want sushi it’s ready to grab and go. If you want something else, it’ll be made quickly for you. I want to come back and try more of their menu. If you live or work near here, this is VERY worth trying.

The best sushi in Perth in my opinion. Not just the food but the staff are so friendly it’s not funny ! I get my lunch from Royal at least 3 times a week & I always look forward to walking in the door and being greeted with a big smile and delicious,fresh,well priced food.
