The cashier also seemed irritated with me and gave me a very small portion of chips, even though I paid for a full serving. What upset me the most is that I ordered honey chicken, but they gave me regular chicken without saying anything. They never told me they were out of honey chicken, and it was still listed as available on the app.
I spent $20 for poor service and incorrect food. Very disappointing experience.
For the amount you pay, you would expect a reasonable portion, something that actually fills you up or at least feels worth the money. Instead, what you get does not come close. The prices are far out of line with what is being served. It feels unfair and out of touch with the students this place is supposed to serve.
If the owners care about their customers, especially the students who make up the majority of their business, they need to fix this. Either increase the portion sizes to match the prices or lower the prices to match the small portions. Until that happens, it is hard to recommend this place to anyone who values their money.

Update: I tried Qdoba again today (8/27) and the same issues arose. They didn’t have the impossible meat because they “didn’t know how to make it.” I was forced to order a veggie bowl but there were no veggies, so I received rice, beans, lettuce and some salsa. Gross. Don’t come here unless you want to hate your food.
It took me about 5 mins to eat the whole thing, not because I was starving but because there wasn’t hardly anything there. Not worth the 10.99 they charged for it – I’d get a better deal at freaking Chipotle.
