I had an unexpected experience today at the shadle location… thanks to Connor……….. WE GOT DINNER AND A SHOW!! He showed us his pro juggling skills wearing his glasses with a red nose!! Definitely the best subway experience. Pretty sure his Christmas spirit made our sammies taste so much better!! thank you Connor. I’ll tell Santa you ARE a good kid!!-kid with Christmas jammies and her mom.

I absolutely have to leave review for an employee working at this Subway. His name is Connor and he did a fabulous job. I know the service industry can be daunting, but Connor was amazing.. I showed up right at closing time. In the past, I have got horrible service for doing this. Connor was so sweet. He was welcoming, friendly and seemed happy to help and be working. It was refreshing. Connor made me an absolutely delicious sandwich and made my day. He deserves to get a shout out for his spectacular customer service. Thanks Connor!
As for the sandwich and atmosphere, like I said the sandwich was delicious! Subway is somewhat of a delicacy to me now, as I live in the middle of nowhere and have to visit a city to get it. I am almost always very happy with the sandwich I get. Today was no exception. The atmosphere scored poorly because it is completely silent in there. They should put some music on, so while customers are waiting, there isn’t that awkward silence.

We went in for a regular sandwich and thanks to Conner , is was a whole different experience full of fun and laughter. He had a great sense of humour and customer service that made what could’ve been a meaningless conversation, one to definitely be remembered! Thank you Shadle Subway . Please do try and hire more people as GGW (great grand and wonderful) as Conner !

Staff at this location are good at customer service and handling customers when busy with in store and online customers.
A lot of Subway stores are closing down slowly but surely, but this one is holding strong. They honor the coupons, which is a really nice thing that they do. Everything is expensive nowadays so wherever and whenever we can save money is such a blessing!
This Subway I noticed gets a lot of negative reviews but I believe it should receive a lot of good ones, in particular with having the added customer base from the NW Blvd, 5 Mile, and Nine Mile Subways being closed down.
It is hard to think of or focus on the positive. COVID really put a damper on anyone willing to get out there and work so let’s applaud those who are out there and serving us, especially when we are rushed or upset or angry already before ordering our food. People in customer service have one of the hardest jobs that receive the least amount of credit and are the “front lines” of each company!
Good job Shadle Subway….you have been serving us for many years! Please hang in there and stay strong and serve us for many more years to come! Know that you are appreciated!!

I had a pleasant conversation with Connor and Ryan while I was in ordering sandwiches for my family just a few short minutes ago. They were fantastic at customer service. Very friendly. Sense of humor. They were working on an online order when I walked in and communicated to me that they would be with me soon.I was very happy with the service I had while waiting for my sandwiches to be ready.

We drove here because of the high rating to grab some food 20 minutes before the Subway would have closed. We were greeted by a young blonde lady, but she helped a family of three. I felt like she was purposely making their sandwiches really slowly, so we had to wait 15 minutes! minutes! When she finally came to us, she said, “Hey, there are five minutes left. I can’t help you. I’m sorry.” I was speechless. I could tell from her mannerisms that she was exhausted, but why wouldn’t she respect my time and inform me 15 minutes ago that she wouldn’t be able to help me?
She also had a hickey on her neck. I find it disrespectful to show up for work like that.

Cheyenne has to be one of the best sandwich makers I experienced in many years at any Subway. She was quick and used her time well by multi-tasking my order. She even let me know that the wheat bread I chose wasn’t fresh so I could make a different choice. She was awesome!
