Tried this spot for the first time. Service was fast around 2pm I placed an order to go. For a week day it was pretty empty, with lots of seating. I ordered the General Taos chicken lunch special with a salad, it was OK nothing like traditional General Taos chicken from New York Style Chinese place; it was more like chicken tenders with a sweet chili sauce, and white rice. The menu has Thai, Sushi and Chinese dishes. I would have to try something else in order to make recommendations.

From the server soooo nice and attentive to the food being amazing. We had this new sushi roll with sweet plantains it is delicious, the special fried rice they serve a lot and the gyoza were great. Overall is a repeat!

RUN AWAY! My experience was miserable, save yourself and go to one of the better restaurants in this strip.
This restaurant has a poor idea of customer service and an inability to take responsibility for it.
Short Story: We waited 90 min before our main dish was brought. My sister’s sushi finally arrived. I had ordered sweet chili chicken but the server said she had no idea where it was. She told me to order something simpler and maybe I would get it. We asked for the check and she badgered me (after already waiting) to order broccoli and chicken. No apologies. I had to ask 5 times for the check and to get the sushi to go before she relented. I was polite and civil and there was no attempt to rectify our experience. Unacceptable.
Long story:
My sister and I were seated in an uncomfortable booth in the far back near the restrooms. It took 15 minutes before anyone even came to bring menus. I assumed that we were not served because our seating was so hidden.
Shortly after we ordered, I witnessed two people come and complain for not being served.
Our salads did come in a timely manner. My sister’s seaweed salad was simple and looked good. My salad looked thrown together with way too much ginger dressing thrown on top. It was ok until I pulled the LONG BLACK HAIR from my mouth.
I like kids so at first it was cute seeing the kids and teens run back and forth in the restaurant by our table. Eventually, it became obnoxious. It was a bad mix of parenting and the restaurant letting it occur.
By the time the server came to tell me my food was MIA and ordered me to choose something simpler, I was tired, over hungry and disgusted. I just left resigned and disappointed.

I was in the area for business and I got into the sushi mood and I’m glad I did. Firt of all i found miyoko sushi from Google maps and when i arrived around noon i noticed that I was the only non Asian in the restaurant… good sign!!!
I had the creme cheese and crab meet stuffed bags!!! thank you chef!!! they were amazing then I had a chef reccomend roll was crunchy and very tasty with a little kick to it. Go to miyoko if you are in the area you won’t regret it.

Just ordered full portion of soba noodles and pad see ew, and went to pick it up and I got full size pad see ew and small size of soba. Called back to tell them what happened and they didn’t want to take it back and give us the full size we paid for. Instead the woman on the phone was so rude and started telling me how many years she has worked there and that basically I was wrong. They definitely need to work on their customers service staff, and try to make things right

Nice Japanese/thai restaurant on Weston Rd. Fast service and good food quality at fair prices. They have a large sushi bar. Very clean and careful with the Covid measures.
