Just nasty got my daughter loaded potato’s it was all over the place and I got a meal bacon. Cheese burger and there was no bacon on it and there was MUSTARD on IT and it was supposed to have curly fries but it was regular fries and 18 $ for that is insane

Seriously waited 20 minutes for cold tacos and you forgot my fries that I got for my kids!!! Why did I wait so long if my food is cold!!! Literally could’ve been one or the other cold food or wait 20 minutes!! But both!!! Do better!!!

They have the best Oreo Milkshake. Oscar is the only one who makes it the perfect consistency out of all the locations I’ve been to. He never messes up an order. I’ve gone several times when their ice cream machine is down, but I understand it happens. It’s not the staff’s fault. I really shouldn’t be drinking these milkshakes anyway! Ha!
Also, I never go inside. Just the drive thru and the landscaping is nicely maintained.

Supreme sourdough breakfast sandwich looks a lot different in person than it does on their advertisement… and not in a good way. Staff/service was reason for any stars at all. The breakfast Sandwich was nothing like the menu picture, not even close. Inside the tables/floors were a mess at 9am on a Thursday. Don’t recommend this place.

It has been a variety of times I had gone there, and I ordered everything,right? Then, I always make sure it has enough meat, but instead, it’s basically 75%tortilla to the total 25% meat. I was shocked to see this because I didn’t get to enjoy it very much, since I had ordered 2 tacos and some curly fries, although the fries are really good. I’m another address they had served less than this picture shown below, and wow, the food was cold as well.

We typically love JitB, but we swung by this location at 8:20 in the evening and the lobby was closed. All the lights are on and there’s a large sign in the window stating “Dining Room Now Open!” under the illuminated Open sign. I understand being short-staffed, but then take the sign off the window, or turn off some dining area lights, or put up a note that says the dining room is temporarily closed.

This location is the absolute worst. We normally come at night and it’s ALWAYS slow. Insanely slow. And you cannot exit the drive through line if you change your mind so plan to spend a half hour AT LEAST if there are any cars in line already. The drink machine is often out of options and staff act like it’s such a chore to tell us what they DO have since everything we want is out. I ordered a sandwich from the munchie menu twice before and never realized it was supposed to come with fries and tacos and a drink, and tonight the guy said it only comes as a meal. Awesome for this evening but I totally got shorted the other two times. Not cool. Our food was COLD and they forgot a whole sandwich. Hands down, the worst JITB location. I get there is a staff shortage nowadays but these are not new issues.
After we got home (a whole 3 minute drive), we had to throw everything in the oven because it was ALL COLD and thats when I saw my tacos. I thought someone took a bite out of it at first or it had broken off in the wrapper… but nope! Just missing a whole corner.

I do the drive thru everytime. Ran there for a friend. Love their tacos. Love the service. Love the shakes. Ooo getting hungry. Especially late night hours when everything else is closed and you are feeling snackish. Yeppers.
