Burger 809 is no ordinary burger joint. It’s a sophisticated eatery where culinary mastery and southern roots are showcased through an American classic. This restaurant has many delicious options, so here’s a few of my favorites. I love the Burger 809 Signature slider, and it comes garnished with bacon jam. I add sautéed jalapeños for a bit of heat. If you’ve never tasted a salmon slider, this is your chance to experience it (10 out of 10). For my side, I go for the greens. They’re the best greens I’ve ever eaten. They’re seasoned to perfection; words simply don’t to do them justice…but if you think greens don’t pair well with a burger, then you’re in for a surprise. You won’t regret it. Another favorite is the mac n’ cheese. It’s a staple. They also have delicious fresh baked cookies and lemonades. Lastly, the service and atmosphere are unmatched. I highly recommend Burger 809.

The food was absolutely delicious!!! 10/10 will definitely return when we come back to town!! The atmosphere of the restaurant was exactly what you would look for in the middle of the city. Beautiful park on one side, nice city views on the other. And it was pretty quiet! Love that they had the massive openings outside letting in that fresh air from the park. No complaints!!

We were visiting St. Louis for less than 48 hours and ate here twice, it’s that good! Service was outstanding, burgers are incredible, don’t skip the pineapple lemonade. Easy 5 minute walk from the Arch. Beautiful outside seating overlooking the sculpture park. Games available if you want to sit and relax awhile. Wish we had one in our hometown.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We always try to check out local places while traveling through for work and I’m so glad we stopped in here. The burger sliders were so fresh and delicious, the Mac n cheese was SO GOOD (see pictured, the EPIC cheese pull) and the service was fantastic. The staff made us feel right at home and gave us some free fresh hot fries just for being first timers. We will absolutely be back. The location is so cute too, with big windows all around to view the blooming trees in the city park. Thank you guys so much for an awesome lunch!!

The burgers, and other variety of sliders, and the sides are all just so flavorful and freshly made. Can’t miss the hey Henry slider that adds Mac n cheese or the B809 melt. There is nothing on the whole menu that is less than delicious. The location is also such a vibe, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows and a cute patio in city garden with the fountain and statues adding to the ambience. The owner is absolutely lovely; she came out to greet and check in on us and remembered all of our orders. Do not miss this place!!!!

Located in the City Garden, surrounded by all the sculpture art, Burger 809 is a tiny but charming spot that offers big flavors. On a snowy day when comfort food was a must, this quaint little eatery delivered in spades.
I opted for the salmon slider, which earns my #stlouispescatarianapproved seal of approval. Tender, flavorful, and satisfying. But, let’s talk about the sides, because what’s comfort food without a little extra indulgence?
The cheese fries were crispy perfection and the mac & cheese, oh, the cheese pulls! Creamy and rich, perfect for the chilly day.
Stop in and give them some love.

Best sliders! Very fresh ingredients and delicious combinations of flavors. Highly recommend Nashville Nights and November Baby and the onion rings are to die for! Right next to City Garden and perfect for a quick bite before the game.

Came around 1 pm on a Sunday and I thought it was weird they weren’t too busy because it’s peak lunch hour. I shortly found out why. Paid 15 dollars for the brunch burger with a side (I got a very small cup of fruit) and 4 more dollars for lemonade. As soon as I picked up my burger the meat split into 4 different sections which made it hard to eat and every few seconds I had to pick up a piece of the meat and put it back on the burger. Also disappointed with how small the fruit cup was.. as well as the lemonade. I don’t think what I got for 15 was worth it at all. 11-12$ seems more fair for it. The bread on the burger was really good, and so was the lemonade, I just don’t think it’s worth the price I paid. Especially with the falling apart burger. So I’m giving 2 stars for that. As well as the employee was nice.

This is a hidden gem amidst the sculpture garden. It was quiet, clean and the service was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. The sliders are small yet incredibly flavorful. The bathrooms were clean. The onion rings were super tasty too.

This place was good, I’m glad we stopped in here. We all got sliders for lunch and they were very good. I got a signature slider with bacon jalapeno jam, which was my favorite. I also got another slider that came on a pretzel bun which I also enjoyed. The service was good and the guy working was really nice.
