I hate doing that, but I probably won’t come back, used to stop by every time after shopping, but last 2 times was in rush, took my spinach Stromboli to go and both times the dough was raw. Last time it was absolutely raw and inedible.

They tell you one price, and charge you a higher price. Ordered a Stromboli and a slice of pizza and the server asks me if I want to add a drink to make it a Combo for $12.99, I say sure! Get to the register and they ring me up for over $16. I explained to the guy running the register that that guy right there told me 12.99. He says no, that’s not right. I say we’ll, that’s what I agreed to when I ordered. He goes on rambling and I interrupt him and say keep it……. and walk to Charlie’s and order cheese steak sandwich, fries and coke for the actual advertised price. Worked out for the better, I saved money and never knew how good Charlie’s sandwiches actually are. I’m done with Sbarro’s.

I love sbarro but for some reason this location doesn’t have the same touch. I’ve eaten sbarro in many different states love them all. Just something about the pizza here is not good. I tried to like it, ordered a few times and each time I was disappointed. Just ordered pizza from there again. I would not recommend this sbarro. This will be my last time eating at this sbarro.

Recently, I was with my family at the Coastland Mall in Naples, and we stopped at the food court to grab a bite to eat. I wanted Italian, so I went to Sbarro. There was a line of people. When I reached the front of the line, a young man jumped in front of me and placed his order. I showed him that there was a long line, but he just looked at me and placed his order. The server did not realize he had cut the line.
But another server did. She came over and took my order. When I went to pay, she would not allow me to pay. She used her lunch credit to pay for my meal, and she insisted.
Whether you like fast food at a food court or not, you have to appreciate the excellent service at Sbarro in the Coastland Mall food court. And the spaghetti and meatballs I ordered were piping hot, not overcooked or dried out. It was a good meal and I will go back.
