From the starting point with the bread, they didn’t stop bringing out amazing food! One of the best wedding soups I’ve ever had (besides my mothers), the calamari is a must app, but be prepared for a large entre! The parmesan bread was amazing!

Chicken parm was maybe the best ive ever had. Massive portion, tender, and delicious.

Chicken Piccata was flavorful and was another dish with a huge portion. The service was great aswell.

Crab stuffed salmon was cooked to perfection and the mango gave it such a nice touch of sweetness. 10/10 recommend.

This place is AMAZING! We had excellent food with great service. Visited for the first time to celebrate my fiancè landing a new job on a Thursday. Loved it so much I brought my brother and brother-in-law back on Saturday for a guys day lunch. Not neccesarily a “cheap” dinner, but it is perfect for celebrating or a nice evening out. You will get what you paid for and will not be disappointed!

There were five in our party when we dined here with three enjoying their meals and two of us being a bit underwhelmed. I have celiac and was happy to see that they had a gluten free menu. I ordered the Strozzapretti off of the menu only to find out they only serve penne pasta with their gluten free meals. Waiter should have mentioned this or the menu for this item should have plainly stated it. The sausage that was served with this dish was burnt and covered in a sauce. My friend tried a piece and didn’t finish it because of it being hard and burnt. The side salads were good. Serving size was good, but most pasta dishes are that way at most other restaurants. Avoid the sausage and perhaps go with the salmon that another person at our table enjoyed.

It was great they didn’t mention that there was an item on the menu that ran out so we waited the whole time for our appetizers and there was none we settled for a bruschetta, which was definitely not a bruschetta it was super fast. It didn’t taste good at all, but the noodles that we ordered was good and the water was good.

Olives & Peppers is a must-try in Greensburg. They’re currently running a holiday menu that’s priced a little on the higher end—but absolutely fair for the quality and the massive portion sizes. I was already full just from the zucchini appetizer and a bowl of wedding soup (sadly forgot to grab pics of those). The zucchini was awesome—served with a charred lemon and a really tasty marinara that brought everything together.

For my entrée, I ordered the Chicken Marsala (normally paired with mashed potatoes) but subbed in the creamy risotto instead. The plate came out piping hot with three pieces of chicken, and the Marsala sauce was the perfect consistency with spot-on flavor. If I had one critique, it’d be that it could’ve used more mushrooms—next time I’ll definitely ask for double mushrooms. The risotto was super creamy and also cooked perfectly, with great flavor… but heads up: it does have crushed red pepper, and a couple bites that had the peppers in them were pretty spicy for me. Still delicious.

My brother ordered the steak with long-stem broccoli and mashed potatoes. The sides were great, and the steak was cooked to a perfect medium, but it unfortunately came out ice cold and under-seasoned, so it tasted bland. Since I’m a chef, I mentioned it to our server purely as feedback—no complaints, no trying to get anything for free—just letting them know. Ben (the manager on duty) came out immediately, was genuinely apologetic, and offered to remake it without hesitation. My brother declined because he was fine eating it, but Ben still checked in and handled the situation exactly the way you’d hope a manager would.

I can’t remember our server’s name (it started with an M), but she was excellent—always on top of refills, quick to clear plates, and she even brought to-go bags without us having to ask (which you hardly see anymore). The restaurant was really busy around 6 PM and parking was tough, but once inside, the place is beautiful—warm, lively, and upscale without feeling stuffy. The location next to the passenger train station is a cool touch too.

Overall: great food, huge portions, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding service/management. Minus the one cold steak, everything was on point, and I’ll absolutely be back.

Birthday dinner for 9 adults and 3 children. Both myself and my daughter called separately about bringing our own birthday dessert. We were both told that they would waive the $1 per person fee because we were bringing our own plates, forks, napkins, and it was cupcakes so there was no need for anyone to cut a cake. The waitress added it to the bill and I explained that for two separate phone calls there would be no charge. She got the manager and he said that was the policy. I explained about how we had called ahead and what we were told. He said ok for this time but next time we would have to pay. I said don’t worry, there won’t be a next time. I’ll take my $360 business elsewhere. It wasn’t the $12 fee, it was the principle of it all. Ruined what has up to then had been a good family experience.

This place was great!! Everything we ordered was top notch. My one suggestion with the strawberry salad is to make it a balsamic vinegarette instead of just the glaze because it was definitely missing something. Will definitely be returning!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! This is our absolute favorite Italian in the burgh! Everything is fresh, the drinks are on point, and the portions are INSANE! We love everything here but this time we got the limoncello spritz, old fashioned, strozzapretti, and lobster ravioli! The meals come with bread and butter and some of the best wedding soup we’ve ever had! There is a reason they were voted the best of the best in the burgh!

Who needs a big city when you can get food, atmosphere and service this good right here? The place was bustling, yet everything ran smoothly and professionally. Even the other patrons added to the experience — everyone was respectful and seemed to be enjoying themselves just as much.

At our table, we ordered the Wedding Soup, the Giglio with fresh pasta, hot sausage, onions, green peppers, and banana peppers in a red wine marinara; the Steak & Wild Mushroom Gorgonzola with fresh Trenna pasta, blackened filet tips, beech and crimini mushrooms, fire-roasted tomatoes, and spinach in a Gorgonzola cream sauce; and the Strawberry Basil Salad with field greens, fresh basil, strawberries, pecans, Moody Blue crumbles, and a balsamic glaze.

The portions were massive — plenty for six or more — and every bite was bursting with flavor. The pasta was fresh and downright delightful. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and respectful of our space — exactly what you’d hope for.

This was truly one of the best restaurant meals I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!

I had dinner on Saturday,January 31 to celebrate my birthday. We had 6 in our party and Meghan was our server. The evening started off bad and really didn’t get better. There were 3 things we tried to order and were told they were out of. I ordered a glass of wine and it was never refilled nor was I asked if I wanted another. We got soup very late during dinner almost at the end because we were told it wasn’t ready yet to be served. Trust me it wasn’t when we got it either. Not good at all. Undercooked and no flavor. I had the lobster ravioli that looked like I ordered soup! It was so loaded with sauce you couldn’t see the ravioli. I picked it out and ate it. My daughter got the same and hers looked like soup too! This was my first visit and it was my birthday so I tried to make the best of the situation but really I wouldn’t care if I ever went back. I will note that my husband had the huge calzone and really liked it and I did like the strawberry salad that i had.. I feel like we had bad service and mediocre food for a big price.
