Food was hard to eat. Fries were cold. Didn’t 35$ and very disappointed. Had to go get hot fries. Yet they were just old fries deep-fried again. I regret eating my money and time. Kids bo bite meal was so tough my child couldn’t bite into them. The biscuit was about the only good thing she could digest. Thanks for helping me decide to never go to bojangles again. They were so dead, only two cars in the parking lot. There’s no reason I should be eating old fries and brick hard sandwiches.

They didnt ring up my order correctly and ended up costing me more than it should of for a simple chicken egg and cheese biscuit. Place is busy though and keeps cars moving during lunch. Otherwise its rather meh.

I have been here multiple times and there is always an issue with something. This time was the final and last time I will be going here due to BLOOD being on my biscuit wrapper. This is HIGHLY unsanitary and ridiculous. DO NOT go to this bojangles. Go to airport road.

Drive through uses AI and got my order wrong. Do not recommend. No cheese on the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Chicken sandwich instead of a Cajun chicken biscuit. Literally nothing was correct.

I have tried coming to this Bojangles 4 times (it is 1 miles from my house) and every time I come my order is messed up! And every time I mention it they have to drop fresh meat…isn’t that convenient that they where letting me leave and telling me my order was complete but didn’t have enough chicken cooked for me order until I had to turn around and go back! $49 for food is not cheap these days epically fast food. and to not get what I paid for is very aggravating I will not be back to this Bojangles!

I wanna start this review off by saying that I work in the foods industry and that I understand mistakes happen but this is the second time I’ve found a hair in my food. I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews but if I’ve coincidentally found 2 hairs in my food, there’s no telling how many more people have found. (Not even to mention my sandwich was messed up in the photo provided) Most of the staff is really friendly but there’s been other encounters where that’s not the case.

The electronic order messed my order up so bad it got the sauces right. But Levi and Noel fixed it NO problem the food was extremely fresh and fast! This is the first time since this place has opened that the food was hot and fresh. Thank GOD!

If you are in a rush, don’t come here because these people have zero sense of urgency! I was told I needed to wait a five minutes for them to drop hashbrowns for my meal. I waited eight minutes just for my bo rounds to be cold when I got them!

I have never been to a Bo-Jangles to where they are so hateful. I came through the drive through and immediately the lady over the speaker was incredibly rude. I had no idea that they didn’t have Bo-Berry Biscuits and asked if that’s what she said and she had to get louder saying, that’s what I said!! Then I took just a second to figure out what I wanted to drink and asked her about sweet tea, she cut me off and said in a loud voice the ones she did have. The lights were not on to be able to read anything so I just got what I was used to ordering. Coming up to the window, I heard her talking about us and she would not even look at us as she was handing the stuff out the window. I didn’t get her name but, it was this morning 10/30/2024 @ 7:00am. She was a white heavy set lady with long brown hair. I will not be coming back to this location. I understand she may have things going on, but at this point honey, we all do!
