Whoever prepared my order via Uber Eats yesterday (1/18) messed it up pretty bad. It would have been fine if someone just called me to let me know that they didn’t have everything they needed (provolone cheese and a specific type of cookie) to fulfill my order. I would have totally worked with what ya had. My customized sub was hardly customized at that point lol. My phone number was readily available with my order info. Seems to me that this individual is TRYING to get fired or something. I didn’t want to take the time to dispute it when it happened because I was so hungry and just wanted to eat lmao, but that’s my first and last time ordering from this location. (Edit: I forgot to mention the sub was wrapped very poorly. But seriously, a call would have been great. It doesn’t matter how busy you are. When I’m at my job and I mess something up I take ownership and correct it even when I have several other customers I’m dealing with. Jeez.)
