Very nice people, food smelled amazing but we were so disappointed. We saw this food truck at Bristol Eastern today and we’ve heard good things so we decided to stop. I gave it two stars because the pulled pork and cole slaw were good, but the ribs were honestly terrible. They were so tough and has absolutely no flavor. We had to cut them apart with a butcher knife but they were still so hard to chew. I wrapped them in foil and baked them for an hour and a half when we got home and they were better, but still not great. There wasn’t a dry rub or any seasoning on them. Very very disappointing.

Huge portions and everything was excellent! My boyfriend and I shared the pulled pork and brisket and it was great! Sides were huge and very tasty! We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend!

Food was terrible. The brisket was half fat and so tough you needed a knife. No bbq should ever need a knife. Food was cold. The Mac and cheese is buttered noodles and some shredded cheese. Not worth it

This was absolutely the most expensive HORRIBLE food I’ve had probably ever. “Smoked Mac n cheese was black, charred, oily and absolutely awful! Meat was dry and hard. I was so disappointed. I was excited to see a BBQ truck in town. Then what I got was nasty and luke warm and a waste of my $60. Don’t be fooled, save your money or spend somewhere else.
