We often stop here because of the convenience of the location but when ordering food I always regret going here. They place all the food in a basket by the oven and all the employees just ignore it while the hot food gets cold. It’s very frustrating when you have to stand there for 5 minutes staring at your food that is done and watch the employees just walk past it.

Normally, this place is my go to Starbucks when I’m in Parker, but for the love of the gods, they cannot handle a rush, one way or another they always screw up my order, today I asked for a light ice grande Matcha with vanilla cold foam, not only did they completely forget to even incorporate the cold foam the ice was completely filled to the brim.

People are freaking rude that work here no respect at all. Drinks are constantly made incorrectly. You can get a drink one day from here and the next day it taste completely different. They treat people like they are stupid. It’s not fun coming here at all nor is the quality of drinks up to par with other Starbucks.

Great Starbucks! Big parking lot however in the AM, Lunch and Dinner it can get pretty packed still due to the variety of eateries in the plaza. This Starbucks is easy in and easy out which is why I go there.

I frequent this location multiple times a week and ask for light ice. It’s usually 50/50 if I actually get light ice or in today’s case, more than half my drink was ice. The mixing of the refresher drinks (especially if you just get water) is inconsistent as well.

The young lady that seems to not have work ethic or training at all. Opened the window and closed it right after said something like ” before…” so i asked the guy about what she said. So she came back and said “next time stop in the window and let us know you have to pick up something” when there was nobody in line and it was an mobile order where it says to pick up after ordering by going through the drive thru. I told her there was nobody in ñine and she said the same and closed the window door on me. Won’t be stopping at this one again because i don’t need this kind of unprofessional treatment in my life. If you don’t apply consequences then you’ll have even less costumers than before. Good luck!
