Gross waste of money. Chicken leg wasn’t cooked enough & all breading had fallen off of. Chicken tenders were dried out beyond recognition. Inedible they were so crunchy. Fries were the same. Tasted like they had sat in warmer all day. Won’t be back. Staff was very friendly and dining room okay for cleanliness but food was probably the worst I’ve had at a KFC. Weren’t really too busy. Maybe 6 customers while I ate in.

I had chicken strips with fries. My husband had classic chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries. The servers were friendly. No toilet paper in the bathroom, soap dispenser didn’t work. Asked employee for toilet paper and soap. I was told the soap dispenser works, it just takes a long time to come out. Large roll of toilet paper was placed by the employee, onto the bathroom sink-not in the dispenser.
Food-Chicken strips were not fresh. 2 of them had a rubbery texture. Fries were either very over cooked or had been sitting in a warmer for some time. They were hard. Will not be back to this KFC location.

Be aware if you order on the app… There’s still an option for waffles. But you won’t get any because they don’t sell them at Walnut Ridge’s store anymore. This was not clarified at all and I got 1 biscuit with my order instead of 2 waffles. Just spent $10 on food that will keep me fueled for 2 hours if that.

Hands-down, worst service I’ve ever had in my life! If I could give this place, zero stars I would. For one I went in and stood for 15 minutes with a full kitchen staff and no service to me. There was three cars in the drive-through and only one other person in the lobby. I could hear them standing there, talking about me, but still no service so Me, my wife and daughter left. No one at the drive through when we left so I tried that for (15 minutes) No service! Me and my wife and daughter went to Walmart afterwards coming back to KFC sat in the drive-through 10 minutes before we got service. Had to pull around the other side and wait 15 more minutes for our food to come out and then what do you know… We’re missing food out of our bag when we get home only about half of our order we got. Thank you Walnut Ridge KFC for the worst service. You guys suck.

The only reason I’m giving them one star is because there’s nothing lower to give them. When we walked in we had to wait a good 5-7 mins to even be waited on. The staff was rude and acted like they were mad that we came in and ordered hot wings. This was the nastiest KFC I have ever been in! There were more flies inside than there were outside! A roach was crawling on the table, one on the wall and one on the floor! When our food was brought to us the hot wings were not even done. They were still bloody. We lost our appetite by then and threw our $25.00 hot wings away and left. We drive 40 miles one way because our KFC shut down. The health department needs to be called on this place!! We will never waste our money here again! One of the staff members was using the F-Word every other breath. Not something you want to have to listen to while you are trying to eat. The other staff member was gripping about each car that pulled up to order. He then proceeded to announce to every customer in the restaurant that the customers card was declined. Not the way you run a business. We were very disappointed!

Food was good, staff was friendly, and we received our order in a timely manor. Place just smelled bad. Dead flies and other bugs caught in cobwebs in the entry way. It makes you wonder how clean the back is where the food is being prepared. Overall good experience just needs a good cleaning.
