I was told that I need to be more specific in my order. I was ordering for my office, I asked for a few smoothys not being picky just trying to keep it simple. Ordered 4 drinks and was given three. Never took ownership of that’s they did not understand me, not a smile on her face very rude. If you don’t like the industry you’re in move on. I know we are human and we are going to make mistakes but being nice is free.

I came in here 2/20/26 after leaving the Bent creek location due to being in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and not moving at all. When I arrived here Gracie and EJ were immediately amazing and got our smoothies for us so quick!!

So many great smoothie flavors!! Wish they would bring back the cherry flavor but we especially love the chocolate and tropical smoothie blends. Sometimes there is a wait but not that bad and worth it.

I went to the drive thru on 1/27 and ordered a 44oz, I only got what appeared to be 38-40 oz, see pics. I did not have time to go back so I went Saturday 1/28 and showed the employee, no apologies or anything was offered. I even bought 2 smoothies that day. Staff not friendly at all. I will not go back to this store.

I am not sure who the young lady’s name is, but I came thru the drive thru at 1:50 on 03/19, and I wanted to give the young lady that helped me 5 stars! She was so sweet and accommodating! She absolutely made my day!

Closed today for catering had no sign on the drive-Through area had my wife sitting in line didn’t say anything on the intercom to let customers know So I called to talk to someone. I asked why they don’t have a sign up or let people know in the drive-through area. The guy I talk to was rude so I asked to speak to the manager. Just so happens that was the manager that I was talking to . Asked him to give me his name and he hung up the phone two times on me. It’s a shame people like that have a job in CUSTOMER SERVICE . So I called back and the kid I talk to said he’s the manager. I have his name but obviously will not put it in the review because he sounds like a 20 year old kid. Perfect example of why you shouldn’t have a 20 year old as your manager. I don’t leave reviews nor do I try get people in trouble at work but this kid was extremely rude and definitely shouldn’t be manager if he is. Would definitely like the Owner to reach out if at all possible? Thanks!

This is the second time I have placed and paid for a mobile order only to arrive and the store either isn’t open or they aren’t answering the drive through. I was in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for a greeting or response and did not get one. I drove around twice and the lights inside and the open sign were on. The lobby is always closed in the morning, if you’re gonna have the open sign on, you should be answering the drive through.

I love going here and we go daily! But if I have to be honest, they have a problem with employee turnover. Which means the lobby is closed way too often, especially compared to other stores. And because of the turnover, the smoothies come out inconsistent. Many times they have to redo it or at least blend it more. But everyone that makes them still makes them different. Exact same smoothie could be much sweeter one day than another day and texture also. And there are days where it’s not even open when it should be, especially on days where the app is giving you something free or discounted. That just has to change! But I do like all of the people, but management or training needs to happen. And as expensive as this place is, I will say the reason we come to it over the other smoothie places is because the app definitely leverages it over others.
