There is not enough praise and gratitude to give to Chris and Papa johns and helping get my sister some food. I am in North Carolina and my sister’s husband have almost 50 years was put in a VA center. She needs help herself and Chris went above and beyond and help me get her a mail today. I am eternally grateful And I’ve dealt with Papa John’s for over 20 years and I dealt with them as a national manager and they’ve always been off the chart. I highly recommend using them because they care about their people in their community and that means more than anything. I’m feeling very blessed right now. Both guys were incredibly helpful and fast! The pizza was among best I have had in MT and by far the best service. They hooked me up with all the good added toppings like pepper flakes and ranch. Just nice seeing people really care about doing a good job and providing a service to the community. Highly recommend!!

I’m a doordash delivery driver and received a doordash order for $2 but it was for cash pay. It didn’t show up with how much I was supposed to receive for payment. Besides the $2 that doordash was offering or how much the order was.
So I accepted it drove from my house down to Papa John’s walked in first thing the young little girl asked is if I had a doordash bag like no don’t have one she told me that she would give me one went to go grab the order turned around and asked if I had cash I told her no politely and told me I had to go get cash before she would give me the order I told her no I ain’t wasting my gas go to the bank to get cash I will get cash after I get the order. Cuz at this point in time I did not know how much cash I would even need to have or how much the order even was. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me that if I didn’t go get cash then she was just going to cancel the order on me and reassign it and being very rude so I told her that I was going to leave the order on my phone and I left. I felt
I feel like this girl was very rude to me and very very unprofessional about this matter I have never been treated in 6 years of being a doordash driver this horrible ever and I never carry cash on me because in 6 years I’ve only gotten a handful of orders where it was Cash up front and in those 6 years not one of them since I’ve ever been a doordash driver have I ever actually had to give cash to in the first place never not once and I’ve done okay doordash Uber eats instacart and not once have I ever had to actually give the customer cash back they’ve never asked and I’ve never had to do it so I felt like this situation I was traded very very rudely and unprofessionally
And when I called doordash they told me that it wasn’t their order it was Papa John’s to order and they said that there should have been no reason for me to have to go get cash in the first place. By at least two different sections of the company that I talked to both told me that there was no reason I shouldn’t have gotten my order and that there was no reason to tell me I had to go to the bank or whatever to get cash at all. And that they were confused is as to why I got told that they weren’t going to give me the order until I went and got cash.
I just wanted to share my experience with others out there so they don’t go through the same experience I had to go through tonight.

We just ordered 50 dollars worth of food the first order was correct but was so soggy due to the garlic sauce opening. So we call and tell the manager about it he ignorantly asks what he’s supposed to due about it we asked for them to replace them. They delivered the second order and messed the order up again and forgot the banana peppers this time.

Their exclusive use of Door Dash delivery has caused issues twice for me, with some other small problems with this store over time as well. Both times, items were forgotten, and when called, the store tells me there’s nothing they can do but refund me. No accountability, just blaming door dash each time (the door dasher also claimed it was on the store, not them). The food is nothing less than usual PJs. But delivery has a 50% success rate over the past year for me, which is really bad. I’ll pass from now on.

Once a month we order a few pizzas from this location as an easy meal. The last few we’ve gotten have been progressively getting worst. From the pizza not being cut through at all to the slices losing all the toppings as you attempt to pick them up. This last order was all of the above and I’ve just had enough of it. We will not be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered a veggie pizza and this is what we get??!! What the heck Papa John’s? This is abysmal, even for Butte. Ordered from your store before and it wasn’t this bad, maybe work on quality control, or if you’re out of something notify customers when they order and not try to pull a fast one. Literally half the pizza has no veggies!! (Ordered delivery, driver was nice and within the time frame given.)
