Ordered deliver via the Jimmy John’s website, and delivery was over an hour from when I placed the order. It’s not worth it to pay a delivery fee and then a tip for it to take that long. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Decent sandwich at a decent price. The ultimate porker was pretty good and was made quickly during the weekday lunch rush. All the ingredients seemed fresh, and the location was clean. This location is downtown where parking is slim, so it caters to the office crowd.

Decided to try JJ out for the 1st time. I downloaded the app and everything!!! And I had some trouble downloading it so I wasn’t able to place an order via the app like I had intended to. So I walk in to place my order and as soon as I walk in the associate at the register says “I just want to let you know we’re out of bread”. OUT OF BREAD AT A SANDWICH SHOP ???!!? So I wasted my lunch having to find some where new. Hard to fathom that they don’t have bread!

I ordered online for pickup, order was a place at 1:57. I arrived 15 minutes, wasn’t ready to pick up. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get it. Not freaky fast at all. 4 employees in the restaurant but only 1 person on the food line

While working downtown, I had ordered the (giant) Turkey Tom, with avocado spread and a side of avocado spread, and vinegar and oil, to be delivered. One sandwich and chips, is all I got. $29.00. I called the store to ask if they could hold the oil and the guy that answered said they can’t separate the oil and vinegar. That’s how it comes, unless they BUY it mixed like that (which I doubt ) then that means they blend their own which also means they could have held the oil. The guy was extremely rude throughout the whole conversation,( I have pictures and a video but they don’t allow you to post those with your review for obvious reasons!) When I got it, there was very very very little lettuce and turkey on it, no tomatoes cheese, nothing, i called the manager and told her I wanted my money back and I would bring the sandwich to her. She was nice and apologetic at first, but towards the end, made the excuse in his behalf swing it was probably the end of the day, they were trying to close and just wanted to hurry, followed by another ‘I’m Sorry’ Here it is 5 days later and come to find out she never processed my refund and I was told she would do it tomorrow (day 6). If this is how you treat your customer by making them think they are less than and you just don’t care, no wonder you have the LOW ratings. I will never go back, and honestly, I won’t eat at another jimmy johns. Horrible, nasty and not for their customers!!
UPDATE………….
As of August 21,2025, I HAVE YET TO GET MY REFUND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN TOLD NUMEROUS TIMES BY MANAGEMENT THAT THEY ISSUED ONE FOR ME NOR DO I HAVE THE STORE CREDIT I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE GETTING. You can only blame Corporate so many times before you gotta come to the realization that you’re just not gonna get it. There’s no reason why it should take almost a month to get a refund on something that was their mistake to begin with. So unless you don’t mind a sandwich of their choosing, I would suggest you go elsewhere cuz Jimmy John’s is by far the worst when it comes to food and their customer service skills!

Today, I was able to eat at this location. My group stopped in for lunch and it was very busy.
When I say busy, I mean very busy. I guess they had three very large catering orders, as well as several online orders, and a line of walk-ins.
During our order, it started to get very very busy. After we had ordered, they ran out of white bread, a few minutes later, they ran out of wheat bread.
I don’t believe they could have planned for this, but the wait was very long. The staff could not have handled it any better. They did everything they could to get the line done as quickly as possible. Karen, at least that was the name at the bottom of my receipt, and the rest of the staff made every effort and accommodation that could be made to deal with the situation.
I would come back to this location.
