Hadn’t eaten this stuff in years, but was aware that the company is emphasizing value now. Gave their value proposition a try: $14.25 for a medium 2 cheeseburger meal. Meat patties were thinner than the pickle was, burger looks more like a slider than actual food and is bland, bun has WAY too much sugar content, and I kept looking in the bag for “value,” however it was never found. I felt cheated by this overpriced bag-o-crap and won’t waste money on this chain again.

We had breakfast and went through the drive-thru.
We had the sausage egg mcmuffins, 2 hash browns, soda, and a hot mocha. The hash browns were not even warm, they were cold in the middle.
The mocha drink had no whipped cream and no chocolate drizzle.
We couldn’t go back for we were headed out of town.

I went to McDonald’s last night around 830pm. I got 2 hot and spicy and 2 cheese burgers. The hot and spicy s were rock hard. The employees are rude my cheese burger wasn’t fully wrapped which means everyone touched it and the cheese burgers were smashed. When I spoke with the lady that brought out my burgers she said yes that’s how there supposed to look like. I’ve never in my life recieved food that looked like this. I’ll never go to the pinetop location again. You guys seriously need to work on your customer service and the way food should be given from your facility. I added both my cheese burgers. So I’ll ask again is this how food should be given???? From any food restaurant?

Has anybody else taste of there food is not great . I remember when McDonals open in my home town .food tasted good and cost was great .Back then you could buy a BigMac fries and a medium coke for all of ot 1.45 . Now McDonalds is Nothing but a maximum profit and quality of Foo goes down .Burgers got smaller and fries they had the best tasting fries . But not it leaves a nasty after taste. I no longer order fried . You have no substitutes like onion rings or sweet potato fries . I go most of the time I go to Burger King , Better burger taste, better variety of fries , onion rings and mozzarella deep fried sticks .

My husband went thru drive thru and order food and ice cream he was told the ice cream was down and then they guy said you know it’s 26 degrees why would you order ice cream. Like what who says that so I called and talked to manager and told him what happened he said the ice cream was working and proceeded to tell that they guy on drive thru didn’t say the ice cream was down and he didn’t make that comment this is probably the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Since when is that ok to pretty much say the customer is lying I’m just in awe with this being in management with fast food my whole life I would never let my employees do this and then pretty much say they are lying crazy. And then to top it off my order was not right and I called twice not once did I hear sorry about that or try and fix it nothing so I’m contacting gm and district manager hopefully they care about how their employees treat the customers

Half slice of cheese why not a whole slice you charge enough for the sandwich as it is and why isn’t my cheese on my sandwich.? I have been to this McDonald’s in Pinetop AZ a few times and there is always a problem with my meals..not to mention I was told by the kid at the drive thru Kevin that I ordered a sprite when I said a Pepsi and then got mouthy with me manager said nothing to him or did she intervene..the place has been under construction forever and the new drive thru with 2 lanes merging to one is definitely gonna cause a fight..very displeased with your company
