Came here with my family and we absolutely loved it. This is a true hole-in-the-wall spot, which we always appreciate because the food is usually the most authentic—and this place did not disappoint.
The portions were very generous for the price, and everything we ordered tasted fresh and satisfying. You definitely get great value for what you pay.
The woman who served us was incredibly kind and impressive—she was running the entire place on her own and still made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
Overall, great food, authentic flavors, good portions, and friendly service. I would definitely recommend Saigon Noodle House and would absolutely come back again.

Excellent and fresh dishes. We tried their combination spicy and garlic squid and shrimp plus the lemongrass tofu with vermicelli noodles. The food is delicious and massive servings so be able to share with someone and you will leave full and waste any food. Come and check them out you will leave with a smile and glad you came to support this local establishment.

Great flavor and fresh ingredients! Ordered the vermicelli bowl, the special Banh mi, and the taro tapioca. No dining in past 4pm, take out only. Nice people, fast service, and great food! Eat local!

I’ve tried the lemon grass chicken, the spring rolls with vermicelli, and the beef chow fun. All were great and very filling. I wish the Nuac Cham had a bit more of a kick, but I can always add Sriracha.

One of my top favorites. Known for having the Best Pho on Island, so great one of my friends drives from Waikiki to Kailua just for their Pho. My favorite dish is #7 Satay Chicken and Kal Bi short ribs, served with rice, lettuce, cucumbers and a spring roll. Always start with an order of Spring Rolls before ordering your meal. Big portions with lettuce, lemon grass and cucumbers. You can do it traditional style and wrap the Spring Roll or just grind em like me dunk just the Spring Roll in the absolutely awesome sauce they have. The sauce is so great I usually don’t eat Cucumbers but with a dip in the sauce I eat all of them. Everyone I have taken to eat at Saigon Noodle House for their first time becomes a regular Customer. My Wife has tried multiple different menu options and none have disappointed her. It just makes it harder to decide next time . During peak lunch time you maybe have to wait but it will be a short wait and well worth it. Recommend for everyone, large portions and surprisingly moderate price. My #7 Lunch 16.90 and couldn’t finish it all. Superb staff, so polite and professional. Now just go to Saigon Noodle House and enjoy, you won’t be let down.

The phos were decent and the meat quality was good. The stew beef rice dish wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it wasn’t that bad. The service was friendly and fast.

So I am not Vietnamese however I am a lover and very passionate about pho, banh mi, and other Vietnamese foods. I’ve even traveled to Vietnam twice just for the food. So out of all the pho restaurants I went to in Hawaii this is probably one of the worst. $15 a bowl for a pretty good size bowl full of noodles and meat but honestly the broth just tastes like salt water. And it was salty indeed. I don’t understand why they would make the soup this salty.
I ordered the special combo and my coworker ordered the pho with brisket. Both of us thought it was waaaaay too salty. In fact they had to go take medication to reduce the sodium in their system because of it. And they felt light-headed afterwards. For those of you that are Vietnamese or have been to Vietnam and you’re saying this is authentic then I’d be curious to try to places that you prefer in Vietnam.
Honestly because the soup was so salty I honestly don’t know how the meat or the noodles, or anything else tasted sorry.
The people were very nice though. But the restaurant looked kind of dirty especially behind the counter.

Disappointed I didn’t know of this place when I lived here(if it existed). The food was phenomenal, especially the spring rolls. Great service, and exceptional food. Definitely a must of you’re near by. Don’t plan to eat there after 430.

Wonderful food and ambience. I’m from the mainland-Chicago and I have had many bowls of pho and this bowl did not let me down. I also had shrimp summer rolls. Everything was yummy and the owner was really nice and friendly.

Authentic Vietnamese is the best when I am missing home. The food was flavorful and garnished traditional Vietnamese style. My wife had the garlic shrimp and squid combo and she loved it. I ordered a pho dac biet and left quite full.
The Anh working the counter was fun to talk to and surprised us with a fresh fruit desert.
