Go! We stumbled upon this place without knowing anything about it. It wasn’t even well marked yet because it just recently opened. Once we figured out we were in the right place we went inside and came in contact with Lauren. She was a pleasure to meet and she really made us feel like we belong there, when we felt that we should have dressed more appropriately after shopping in Sheridan. We were given the menus and honestly, I felt that I was in over my head. Once again, Lauren came to the rescue and told us her favorite menu items and described other items on the menu to us. We ordered what she recommended, as well as an appetizer that she recommended, and I could not have been happier. I also asked her to surprise me with a drink and she gave me what she called a water lilly and it was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend for you to go try this out for yourself. The chef even came out and spoke to a few tables and asked how everything was. He was super nice and very well qualified. I wish Olive the best of luck!

Elegant and thoughtful plating.. ✨️ every flavor a burst of goodness. We live the mellanzanni appetizer.. this playe was the salmon. We also had the chix Molly, the balls sauce and the spicy shrimp .. all were very tasty

My husband and I were in Sheridan visiting friends and we went to olives. This is a GREAT restaurant. The service, the wine and food were on point for this small town. The waitress was fabulous and outstanding with her explanation of the food. Chef came out and greeted us as well. I HIGHLY recommend Olives! We live in Fort Collins and could use a restaurant like Olives. Fort Collins is awful for as big as it is so finding this gem was a great surprise.

Been to Sheridan several times and was looking for something different. Came across olive on Google read some reviews and went for it. So glad we did. Food was flavorful, not overseasoned or drowning in sauce. I could actually taste the pasta and chicken. Our appetizer was their bone morrow. Wow, again not over seasoned. Think of it like food in the raw. Can’t wait to tell everyone I know to come here. Worth the drive no matter where your coming from.

The only complaint I have is we really didn’t know where the restaurant was as there is no signage. *(We are from out of town and not from this area)*
We were sat in a lounge area *(as we didn’t have reservations), where my husband and I joked about how our dinners usually involve couches and a television . We each ordered dinner and we people watched. The servers are competent and suggest items that pair well with what you ordered. The food was AMAZING . Ah-mazing!! It was so delicious, I wish we had an Olive in Georgia. I truly wish them success in this restaurant venture. Make reservations!!!

We went here for our anniversary. The bruschetta appetizer was good. Wine was good. My husband’s food( chicken with pasta ) was served cold. The gnocchi was ok. Based on the food we chose to go elsewhere for dessert.

When a WY native returns to bring delicious food to the community, you check it out! Delightful atmosphere, great service, and flavorful dishes. We recommend the Bruschetta, Caesar & Avocado salads, Panned Chix Molly, Spicy Shrimp Pappardelle, Sorbet, and the Passion Fruit and Blueberry Granitas.
