I treated my current side chick to burgers, fries and hotdogs today for lunch. I decided to finally give Five Guys Burgers a try, everyone is always telling me how great the burgers are here. We ordered cheese burgers, coke, and French fries, and some all beef hotdogs to go, for later at home. What a masterpiece of a burger, with a thick, juicy patty of fresh beef, grilled to perfection and topped with cheese that drapes over the edges. It’s nestled in a lightly toasted, soft bun and layered with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and grilled onions. The savory, meaty flavor is complemented by the condiments, creating a truly mouthwatering experience. Alongside the burger is a generous mound of golden-brown french fries. Each fry is perfectly crisp on the outside with a tender, fluffy potato interior, delivering a satisfying crunch and a warm, earthy flavor with every bite. The light dusting of salt makes them irresistible.

This Five Guys hits the mark on food, service and atmosphere. Our cheeseburgers were freshly made along with the order of fries. The milkshake was perfect too. Although excellent on all parts, as well as being a big fan of Five Guys, the only downfall is the price. A bit steep at $41 for fast food.

Beware!!! This was by far the worst food I’ve ever had in the U.S.
The bun tasted stale and dry, almost like it was moldy. The patty was so dry, flavorless, and unpleasant that we had to throw it away. We even left it outside — and the pigeons wouldn’t touch it. That alone says everything.
I honestly don’t understand who eats this food. The prices are at restaurant level, while the quality is closer to something you’d expect from a trash bin.
The fries were overcooked, extremely greasy, and oversalted. Completely inedible.
This is not just bad — it’s embarrassingly bad. Anyone involved in creating and selling food of this quality should be ashamed of calling this their work.
Overpriced, low-quality, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend Five Guys to anyone.

The girl working the counter (Renee) was pretty rude and couldn’t stop rolling her eyes. Our burgers had a funny smell. Paid over $40 for one meal, a small cheeseburger, and fountain drink. Never again.

I just want to say that sure the burgers are a little pricey. But five guys is the true meaning of “you get what you paid for”. The patties are really juicy, and they don’t feel Frozen or dried out. The fries being fresh cut? Chef’s kiss! Not my first time at a five guys though. They always had really good quality compared to McDonald’s, Red, Robin, Burger King, and Wendy’s (all just happened to share that same area too!). The thing that also makes five guys special is the people. The staff knows how to get a good chuckle out of me. And honestly, if money wasn’t so tight with me and my wife, we would be eating there way more frequently! You want A good burger with a lot of choices? You go to five guys. You want something quick And boring? Go to McDonald’s Burger King, or Wendy’s. . You want ” gourmet burgers”? Go to Red Robin’s.

But five guys never skimps out on quality, atmosphere, and ingredients! It’s really worth the money, and the travel!

Food is always excellent.
only thing is, Getting fries, the quantity is sometimes hit or miss. Sometimes it’s overflowing and sometimes cup is not full. But I will always go back.

It was horrible, I ordered 3 orders of fries and barely had 3 small cups full. Its not like every other five guys. The rest of my order was messed up topping missing, extra stuff on others. Nothing came as ordered.

Burger was ok but for 19$ not worth it

The soda had a nasty taste to it and the fries weren’t fresh
I’ll never be eating here for 20$ a person

A bit on the pricier side.. I feel that they used to be decent but pricing has gotten way too pricey for what you get. It’s the reason why I used to visit maybe once or twice a year and only with one other family member but on my recent visit I spent $18 for a kids size cup of fries and a burger for myself.. Not worth the money compared to what you get from other local burger places that have way better food quality for less the money spent here. So if you’re looking for a quality Burger try downtown Hamburg hecky’s Sub shop or 1987 brewing co.. way better quality burgers and fries..
