I had such a great experience at Kosher Bagel Cove! Duke truly went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken care of perfectly. He was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to find someone who puts that much care and effort into customer service.

The bagels were delicious but I did not like the Shakshuka or the coffee. Not enough sitting places inside the restaurant. My daughter did not like the avocado on a bagel as well.

We had the pleasure of using Kosher Bagel Cove for catering our son bar mitzvah breakfast and they exceeded all our expectations! The bagels were absolutely fresh, with the perfect balance of chewiness and flavor. Their selection was fantastic, offering everything from classic plain and sesame to unique flavor like the rainbow and everything bagels.
The spreads were just as impressive creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
The presentation was beautiful and professional, and Shucki was so friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t realize at first that they even sold pizza but it was pretty good. The customer service did leave a lot to be desired as I saw in some other reviews. It really is amazing how much just smiling and being friendly can change a customer’s entire experience. Please make a better customer service effort. Just start with smiling and saying hello.

Very friendly staff and fast service they were even able to make a few selections for my boss who is vegan so we could all have breakfast together, sent me on my way with smile and greetings. I would highly suggest if you need to grab breakfast in the area or just wanna pop in for a cup of coffee!

I went to KBC yesterday and the person at the counter told me the business has been sold; it will be a new bakery soon. He seemed to have poor customer service training–especially when I asked him if it would be kosher–and appeared to take pleasure in telling me that the two-dozen Tuesday deal wasn’t available anymore. The bagels I bought were softer and a different recipe may be in use; also, far fewer flavors were available and the price has been raised on a dozen bagels. I didn’t feel like this person was looking to keep KBC’s loyal customer base; too bad all the way around and I doubt I’ll be back.
