I’ve loved Delicious Bakery for as long as I can remember and am still happily discovering different baked goods they make. Recently we stopped in to get a selection of some of our favorites to give as a gift and tried their Mexican Wedding cookies for the first time. The Mexican Wedding Cookies are the BEST I have ever had – larger than the ones I’ve had before and melt in your mouth goodness. If you’ve never tried their goodies then you are missing out!

This is our favorite bakery! It has a good selection of sweets and treats. They even have a menu of meal items such as quesadillas, tamales, etc. I love that the baked goods are colorful and presented well. This year, I chose my birthday cake from here. It was difficult to decide which one to get, they all looked beautiful. I chose the hummingbird cake and everyone loved it! I also chose the colorful popcorn snack mix, as a special treat for myself. Popcorn, gummies, colorful assortment of marshmallows, pretzels, needs, etc. It was a fun, scrumptious treat.

We ordered a birthday cake for our son and they were really busy. That did not keep them from delivering great customer service. They were super kind.

The service is GREAT!!! The staff is always super friendly. It is one of my granddaughters favorite places for a special treat. I have also bought their birthday cakes and they are truly delicious. We love the tres leches cakes. I will be ordering one this week for a birthday. The baker also made a special Gorilla tag cake for me that was awesome. Customer for life!!!!!!!

They made and delivered an absolutely delicious three-tiered funfetti-style cake for our wedding in July of 2022. Normally, that would be enough for a five-star review and effusive praise. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.
The cake was delivered on time to our reception venue (luckily, it was at the church itself, otherwise this would have ended in true disaster). The person delivering it asked us where we wanted it and placed it fairly off-center on the table, dropped the bag of folded paper cranes it was meant to be decorated with, and started to walk away. We asked when the person decorating it would arrive and were told, “I don’t know anything about that.” We couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the bakery, and with the service itself slated to start soon, there wasn’t exactly time to go chasing them down. No decorator ever arrived.
We had to carefully move this heavy three-tiered cake to the actual center of the table (so that children couldn’t reach it to stick their fingers in it, ruining the undecorated exterior), then hurriedly scramble to find someone there at the church artsy enough to decorate it with a ton of tiny folded paper cranes on the fly before the service could begin.
It all worked out well enough in the end, but the added stress on the day of our wedding, the lack of information or response from the bakery, and the fact that it was only by luck we had someone there able to do *anything* with the cake just isn’t great.
I’m sure we’d love to stop by and grab some ready-made treats, as the cake itself *was* delicious, but for anything custom, time-sensitive or important, I’d sadly have to recommend avoiding them.

ALWAYS AWESOME!!! Every time we go in here, we buy way too much! But it is so worth it. Never have we had something that wasn’t DELICIOUS! And I have 2 picky special needs kids that don’t like different textures or tastes. They also expect consistency, and we have never been let down. The ladies are always so nice, LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

False advertising the store has one price on the menu. I came in with the intention to spend a good bit on holiday desserts. They charged me a different price than advertised. I had a question about how much each item was. One of the bakers got snappy with me gesturing for me to hand her my bag of desserts. That I had already paid for. I wanted to get a few cakes, pies, and cookies. I decided not to purchase any additional items once I realize I was being over charged. I will never come back! My cake slices were disgusting it smelt and tasted like the inside of refrigerator and cat. I almost threw up.

We ordered a king cake from this bakery and it was hands down the worst king cake we’ve ever had. We went into the store, asked them to have it ready on a certain day and when we tasted it, it was hard like it had sat on the shelf for days. We asked for cream cheese filling and there was the tiniest (and I mean miniscule) layer of cream cheese and it was only on a few small areas of the cake. Huge disappointment and we will not be visiting this bakery again. The king cake was $38.99 which is absolutely ridiculous given the poor quality we recieved.
