I would like to give a big shoutout to Tina and David working tonight. Tina took my order flawlessly even with it being 15 minutes to closing she was very outgoing and had a great attitude. When i got to the window I noticed David preparing my food in the kitchen with a smile on his face and he also talked to me with a great attitude he was also very quick to get my food to me. I know some may say its there job but it is hard to find food workers this dedicated and with such positive attitudes now a days and especially at late night hours. I think both of these hard workers deserve recognition.

The West Point Burger King is my go-to stop when I’ve been on the road for most of the day. Easy in, easy out. Staff is always friendly, and the fries are always hot. Still love the Jr. Whopper!!

Nasty nasty nasty! Went by there about 9:00pm and all the workers were standing outside smoking. They saw us coming and not a single one went in and washed their hands. We changed our mind real quick. They definitely lost our business. They should be trained better on how to be sanitary and clean. Will not go back as that was a huge turn off!

I’m going to rate in the middle. Many times my food has been great and other times I had dry chicken or cold fries. I think it really depends on the time of day and who is working it does need a bit more consistency for the prices paid for the food but they are always friendlier and faster than similar fast food chains in the area.

I live across the street. If you’re driving through West Point don’t stop here. Rude, overpriced and you may not get your order.
Came home to find a double whopper missing from the order. Had to go home and bring the entire order back to get the order fixed. No apologies for their mistake. Unbelievable.

There is nothing like wanting at least a semi hot breakfast and you get your food which happens to be French toast sticks barely warm chewy gooey nasty try to call the store nobody flipping answers they’ll pick up and hang up on you though one of the reasons I don’t eat at Burger King is the food makes me sick and this held up to it they don’t answer the phone the food does suck

I’ve eaten here several times. They used to do a good job with the order overall. However, these past few months every time I go there is an issue. Last time I went they forgot a drink and milkshake. This time they forgot my fries and gave me an extra pack of nuggets. I went back to tell them they forgot my fries and they asked if I had nuggets, to which I replied “yes.” The girl came outside and asked for the nuggets back and handed me my fries. I gave her the nuggets BUT i really hope they don’t resell them. Talk about unsanitary!!!! I don’t think I can go back knowing that they brought food back into the building…. bad customer service, and no common sense. 🙁
