The burgers were tasty, but the customer service could be improved. We received the wrong burgers, and when the waitress came over to ask if everything was alright, I mentioned the mistake. She then told us that she was aware of it, as she had made an error while placing the order.
In the future, we would simply recommend being honest about such situations. I would have had no problem accepting the burger despite the mistake — honesty always works better than hoping the customer won’t notice.

First time of travelling on my own and decided to eat here. Best choice I’ve made. Such a great and inviting atmosphere. Great, nay amazing burger and an amazing and sweet host. She and her husband run the place and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Incredibly quick service, and the burgers are just amazing. We had the MRIJ and the wagyu – both were very tender, and perfectly medium rare. The fries were cooked in olive oil – crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. A must visit!

This burger restaurant was recommended to me by one of my colleagues. He recommended the Burger Club (BC) which is the winner of the best burger in Rotterdam 2016. It has Brioche, pancetta, Young mature cheese, chorizo Iberico, beef tomatoes, caramelized onion, jalapeños and BC sauce. Also you can choose 4 types of meat: M.R.IJ. Private Label (Local Maas-, Rijn-en IJssel cattle from the region), Iberico (semi-wild Iberico pig, originating from Extremadura (Spain), Wagyu from the Great Plains in Idaho and Moving Mountains which is a plant based burger patty. I went with the MRIJ beef. My partner ordered the Hot Ass which won 3rd place best burger in Rotterdam 2018. It has Brioche, grilled eggplant, goatcheese, grilled jalapenos, chorizo Iberico aioli, crispy onion and sundried tomatoes. We also ordered a side of Fries with Truffle Mayonnaise. The burger was solid, taste was nice, portion was alright. The fries were good and the Truffle Mayo was solid. Best part was the employees were super friendly and nice.
