I’m so unbelievably disappointed in my mobile order. I specifically ordered the Protein and Fiber plate which comes with greens, kung pao chicken, and string beans chicken breast. I did not get kung pao chicken, but instead received orange chicken which I do not like. I thought “fine, at least I have my string beans chicken breast”. Incorrect. All I got was three tiny pieces of chicken as seen in the photo at the top right. So while the rest of my family enjoyed their meal, I got to enjoy leftovers from the fridge. Though I did get a refund for the plate, this is still absolutely unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed in my mobile order. I would suggest ordering in person to make sure you are given what you order and not all vegetables.

Amanda is an absolute pleasure! I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but she was patient and super super helpful. She was working the line and drive thru. When she saw something was low she let the cooks know and got it filled as soon as it was low!!! There was another young man who helped start my order as well and he was super sweet! As someone who’s always worked in customer service I always want to give a shout out to employees who you can tell go the extra mile!!! I will definitely be coming back here every time I come to falcon because the customer service was excellent, and it always makes a meal even better!!! I’m not sure if Amanda is a manager, but I’d definitely promote her as soon as possible if I was her GM!

Went to pick up dinner for myself. Got the bowl of white rice and the original chicken. The drive thru window took forever even though there were only 3 cars in front of me and the bowl is so small there was maybe 5 small pieces of chicken and less than half a bowl of white rice. I can get alot more food at Teriyaki Madness for almost the same price. I wish i could upload a picture here to show how small it was. I Won’t be returning here their portions have definitely gotten smaller.

We’re from Arizona and we’re passing through and we don’t eat at Panda Express very often anymore, but Amanda was in charge and even training people and made the experience amazing! She was calm, cool and collected and handled everything with class!
Really can’t say enough about it. We experience far outweighed anything else I could say about the food? If you like Panda food you’ll love this place!! Amanda was why this experience was Superior!

Everytime we go here. Plates, bowls, all of it… I feel like they skimp me and my kids. Its so annoying. I get a bowl and get about 4 bites of meat. Sick of this location.

First experience trying out this brand new Panda Express. My wife’s online order was incorrect as it was missing the shrimp and fried rice. Called in the issue and had to go back to get the shrimp and rice. It wasn’t prepared when I returned and had to explain it to the cashier. There was no apology by the manager or any apology by the cashier as she got and bagged the two missing items. We did speak to the manager Paul, when I got home the second time, who did apologize and offered a free meal the next time we come in.
When we did finally eat our dinners we found the fried rice was undercooked, dry, and hard, and the broccoli consisted of stems only.
Hopefully they get better as Panda Express is one of my wife’s favorite restaurants. Me, not so much, and doubt I’ll return. If things don’t get better, they will unfortunately fit right in with the disappointing fast food scene here in Falcon. I truly hope they rise to become the best – for my wife’s sake!

Mobile order accepted by the restaurant at 5:30. At 6:30, the Door Dasher was STILL WAITING for a simple order of 2 plates and one extra side. She said others had been waiting longer than she had for their orders to be done. Unacceptable and ridiculous for a “fast food” place to be so slow. Finally received our order at 7:00. The order was missing spring rolls. All around poor service.

I had a great experience with Jordan at this location. Jordan and the staff was professional, smiling, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the service was fast. It’s refreshing to see a team that truly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was at this location. I ordered a 200 plate with half-and-half. They told me they didn’t have no chow mein, which was fine. I told him fried rice would work. They charge me give me my card back and then all of a sudden they don’t have enough fried rice either.

I had a wonderful experience for my 1st time here today. Ths staff was amazing and kind. I did have to wait for a few minutes for my green bean chicken, but that was fine by me. It tasted really good. I also love that they have a drive through. We will be back!
