All I wanted was fresh Burger King to get one whooper meal and 2 single whopper sandwich Asked if it could be made fresh and I understand time , will to pull to the front to wait and they had me wait 10 minutes just to have given A microwave meal, yes you can tell the difference from reheating. I recently visited Burger King, and I was genuinely impressed! The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. My order was prepared perfectly — the Whopper was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor, just the way it should be. What really stood out was the staff’s attentiveness; they made sure I had everything I needed and checked in to make sure my meal was enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in giving customers a great experience.

First I will say the two men at the counter was very friendly and customer service driven. Great job..
But restaurant was a mess. I have seen road side gas statins cleaner than this location. Very unsanitary. This was not just from recent customers, but days old build up and dried.

We just wanted to voice our opinion Angel went above and beyond for our family he brought the food to us, took care of us I would rather drive the 17 minutes to get to this location on Waddell versus the one on grand. That’s 8minutes from our house. We will definitely be coming to this location. Excellent people skills.

We hit Burger King early in the morning before a road trip and got the pleasure of having Kameron take our order. When we were leaving he chased us down and let us know they put cheese on the order and were remaking it. We’ve never been chased down to tell us they accidentally made our order wrong. That was so kind! Our kids wouldn’t have eaten the croissants with cheese and we had a long drive, so we really appreciate the kindness, high energy, and effort from Kameron!

Purchased on 09/20 @11 am…..the 2 staff members that helped in the drive thru and bringing out hot food to the front door to us, were well mannered, had smiles on their faces and seemed to actually enjoy their job.
