Bobby’s is an independent, Mexican-inspired restaurant on The Parade’s ground floor. We serve a curated menu of house-made tacos, burritos and sides, craft beer, and a selection of wines and cocktails. Our menu is purposefully small with an emphasis on quality over quantity. Sit at the bar and enjoy the tunes in one of two dining areas or on the terrace with views overlooking the river (until 5pm). Bobby’s iscreated by the team behind Dough & Oil and bar OIL – our ambition is simple: to bring a city-style dining experience to the heart of the town. Please note we are a walk-in restaurant and don’t take bookings.

Went to Bobbys with some friends that are from the area and have eaten there many times previously.
The food was amazing, best Mexican food I’ve ever had, it had a cool atmosphere and fab music.
We had a sharing naco plate and 3 taco plates – lamb, crispy cauliflower and fish. Couldn’t fault the food, each were accompanied by a salute rice which was also delicious.
A couple of their cocktails from a nice selection and they went down as well as the food.
I’d 100% recommend and when I’m back in Shrewsbury, I will definitely be returning.

The best mexican food Ive had. Everything was so fresh and tasty, the location is magical and the staff were incredible helpful and happy.
We definitely will come back and tell everyone about it.

Came on wed no taco day, opened at 5pm. I am gluten free so I just had my burrito done bowl style and it was great! The el pastor was tender, well seasoned and left just a mild spice behind. Just prefect. The Og margarita was very yummy. Cool music.

I can’t praise this place enough , from start to finish it was amazing.
I don’t eat tacos that often but I ordered the lamb tacos and they were knockout – I had the side of beans which were really tasty.
The spicy frozen marg was something else, would drink those all night!
This place has got it sorted ! Really lovely to see somewhere nail it from food , drinks and the staff working for them !
I honestly can’t fault this place …. Probably gonna return tomorrow to try either the chicken or the fish !

What a find! Best tacos I’ve ever eaten outside of Mexico. So many flavours and textures in one bite. They offer a small menu but everything is done to perfection, just how it should be. The fish tacos were full of flavour, and really good size portions too.

Tenth time I’ve been here. Tacos and vibes slap every single time. I’ve spent weeks and £££££s travelling around Mexico and it was hard to find tacos this good – even in Mexico City. Absolute gem and really well priced.

Me and my partner came across Bobbys about 4 months ago and ever since we have been hooked! First off the food is such good quality and really amazing! Really good variety for both meat eaters and vegetarians, paired with such amazing staff, everyone is so lovely, welcoming and friendly! It’s not just the food that’s amazing but the range of beer and cocktails is 10/10! We have also been for brunch on a Sunday and they are yet again smashing it! Also, if you do pay a visit, just order the tres lechè cake and thank me later
