Wonderful ice cream. Lots of great selections. I had the chocolate mint chip and it was fabulous. Added hot fudge sauce which made it extra delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful and very welcoming. We sat outside to eat the ice cream perfect!

This review is for the store in here called Sea Spray Confections. Tried there homemade oatmeal creme pie. It was a treat….I’ve never had anything taste so good. Cookies were chewy and the creme was a light not overly sweet with a nice vanilla overlay

I go to Saco/Old Orchard Beach more than a few times a year, but I’ve never went to downtown Saco.I came across this little gem by suggestion of my grandma. The ice cream is delicious and there is quite a collection 20+ if i remember correctly. They have waffle taco shells for your ice cream! They also have an ice cream flight for the indecisive. When I started thinking I really like this place, I noticed a walk up window, where if you have a dog or not, you can order via window! I cant say enough great things about the friendly/ knowledgable staff. My only regret is my stomach is only so big and it is sooo far away.

Great flavors, excellent service, nice atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with the waffle cone quality and selection. The even have oreo dipped cones. So yummy!

Really a sweet spot, my niece’s favorite treat. Great local souvenirs as well as a full real deal ice cream shop. Nice outside location with Lobster Hole and a Little Library to boot. Free street parking

Great shop with SO MANY FLAVORS! You can either walk up and hang outside or go in and check out the shop with trinkets, gear, gifts, and more. The greatest part about the Saco Scoop, aside from the ice cream, is that it’s a non-profit and contributes to the community! Tonight I went with the small sundae, raspberry chip ice cream. I’m ashamed but I really need to just get kiddie servings, I haven’t finished an ice cream in awhile! It was delicious though and I love the mission behind it, I’ll be back.

Peanut butter paradise and nitro coffee make the best frappe ever, thanks to Melissa’s suggestion! After my fourth grader’s cross country meet, we stopped by the Saco Scoop for our own private celebration. My two oldest girls had dishes of cotton candy, my 8 year old autistic daughter had a chocolate ice cream, my 6 year old autistic son had a blue dinosaur lollipop and a playdough ice cream. All in all, it was $26 and some change. Melissa’s service was impeccable! I miss the wonderful hospitality, it doesn’t happen often!

OVER PRICED … Small servings, and no follow through on complaints. Ordered a Medium in a waffle cone. Cost was $6 and change and I tipped $1. I received a fractured waffle cone wrapped in a napkin. When I attempted to eat complete broke apart. I then asked for a bowl..I was given a bowl and spoon. When I dumped into the bowl There was just ONE scoop of ice cream! I wrote a private msg to them explaining what occurred. I received a thumbs down then a day later a msg that they would conduct reconnaissance. That was 2 weeks ago.
