You know exactly what to expect at a Jersey Mikes. It’s hard to screw up a fresh sub but Jersey Mikes luckily (for me) always knocks it out of the park.
I am writing this review though for the staff. This location is near my work and I go somewhat regularly. Often enough to notice what a great team you have at this store. They are friendly, seem happy to be there and genuinely interested in making your sandwich just the way you want it. They say hello to everyone who walks in the door and several by name who must be regulars.
Kudos to the team and leadership. That kind of work culture takes a lot of time and effort to create and maintain and it keeps me coming back as a customer.
My favorites are the Italian on Parm bread Mikes way with relish. The cheesesteak, add bacon. The Tuna is always good too.

Very Disappointed with My Recent Jersey Mike’s Order
Jersey Mike’s used to be one of my favorite spots. I recently ordered a couple of steak sandwiches for takeout with everything on them. When I got home, I was shocked—no tomatoes, no lettuce, just flat and incomplete. When you’re craving something, drive out, pay tips, and then come home to this—it’s honestly upsetting. Makes you ask yourself, “Why did I even go?” Very, very disappointed.

Mike’s Tuna is pretty good, but their cheesesteak is the real star — always fresh and full of flavor! I’ve had consistently great service every time I visit. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional. Overall, a solid spot with excellent food and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend!

Had a mistake with an order. They fixed it and went above and beyond. Great food for good price. The provolone and cheese is my favorite sandwich on the menu. It’s a lot of food for a reasonable amount and really good deli meat. Best sub place in the area

I’ve been to a lot of Jersey Mike’s sub shops, and this was by far the best one! The crew immediately greeted us with cheerful “Hellos” and “How are you all doing?”!
They knew every sandwich by heart, and absolutely rocked out each order. The main guy cutting the meat had this amazing technique of chatting with us while preforming this art of deli slicing the meat that made it feel like a show and a service all at the same time.
The shop was clean, bright, and the whole team worked together like a well oiled machine. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. This was also with a line of 4 people in front if us, and we’re a family of 5.
I cannot say enough good things about this location and this crew, 5 stars all the way!

This place gave me horrible food poisoning (well, my entire family) after eating it. It was awful. Sucks because I only like Jersey Mike subs, but I can never look at one again without feeling queasy. Horrible. Properly store your food. Something isn’t right w this location!

I got the bacon ranch cheese steak for 10$. It was 8-9 inches but it was pretty thick. It’s the best sandwich you can get around Springfield for the price. Definitely skip subway and potbelly for this instead

To whom that wants to order from Jersey Mike’s in Springfield it’s a joke, make sure you get here before 8 o’clock because their hours clearly state 10-9Pm, and they always close their doors around 8:15 PM! They do this every time and I don’t understand how corporate allows them to get away with it! They might as well change their hours to 8 PM Instead of 9 Pm. And to add insult to injury when you’re knocking on the door they just ignore you like you have never ordered or spent your money in this establishment!!! This is misleading and very unprofessional of the business with the owner allowing this to happen regularly!! I hope this falls on someone in the main corporation to know about because I’m done ordering or getting anything from any Jersey Mike’s because of this experience…
