*** idk if it’s the franchise owner that is unbelievably cheap or if the employees really just don’t care about their product but why are y’all so stingy with the cheese? I even paid for extra cheese and I’ve still got toppings directly on crust but it’s ok because y’all made up for it by putting so much sauce on this thing I can’t taste anything else anyways. And 2 cupped Pepperoni’s per slice? Thanks for the generosity I didn’t know pepperoni came out of the staffs pay. I also decided to finish cooking this thing too but it needed it since it was ice cold.
Really disappointed in the lack of cheese on my pizza. It’s kind of a key ingredient right after crust. Pizza flavour was good and everything was fresh except the ground beef which I picked off. I would probably order from here again I just know for next time I’ll have to pay extra to get the cheese that should be on my pizza in the first place

Been ordering from this place for a while now. About 80% out of all orders is wrong. They forget the extras that I ask for. Wrong pop or bring 1 bottle instead of 2. Dipping sauces are wrong when ordering extra. Tonight was the topper. So I asked for papa dippers with certain dipping sauce and when I got it… regular pepperoni pizza and no dipped sauces. So I called the store and the manager says…..I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THIS BUT WILL REFUND MONEY AND HUNG UP . How are you going to refund me when you didn’t even ask questions . Going to call in morning and speak to main manager. They say they record conversations so listen to it. I am then going to call corporate and let them know. I am done pla

Did this Papa Johns shut down? It says hours today 10am-2am, but trying to order at 4:30pm, spent time building pizzas/order, go to checkout and then displays message “OH NO!
Looks like we left this page in the oven too long” and no troubleshooting (switch between carryout/delivery, etc) gets around that error page. Impossible for customers to order.

Haven’t had Papa John’s in a long time, won’t be ordering again. The chicken Alfredo bake came all watery and didn’t even fill the tray. The boneless wings were barely covered in the sauce and were still soggy, not sure how that happens. We got extra cheese and pepperoni on the pizza however, you can see the crust through the toppings. For $60, this was not worth it.

Ordered by mobile app, for delivery to home. Noticed the cheese bread had large gaps of cheese on top, like something had been placed on top of it, removing nearly 1/2 of the toppings. Was quite disappointed in the quality. Deliver took longer than they estimated, but driver was courteous.

I will NEVER order from this location again after the service I received from one of the girls working there. It took over an hour to make my ONE pizza, not only that but the girl working was extremely rude. I have never in my life received such horrible customer service before. Not only did she hang up on me when I asked when my pizza was ready, but she also spoke in the most unprofessional way to me inside the store. The best part was, she had made the comment “if we weren’t so busy I would compensate you but since we are so busy I just can’t” like who even says that. If I could give them no stars I would.

The topping were almost non existent there was maybe 5-6 pieces of pepperoni and a sparse sprinkling of sausage on the pizza. The new crust was awesome and the only reason for two stars.

There is a young man who closes at night, I am disgusted walking in seeing him in a crop top behind the counter. They dont make hairnets for your stomach. There is a reason there is a uniform policy. I dont need a happy trail pizza thank you. Gross. Him wearing the crop top isnt a problem the fact he is in a professional environment wearing it is.
