I don’t know what it is about this location but this is my goto stop when wanting a lunch or dinner when we are eating at home or going to a restaurant. Service is fantastic, the sandwiches are great. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

Ordered chicken with hot sauce sandwich with veggies and specifically asked for ranch instead of blue cheese. I was the only customer in the store and there were two employees.. So where’s the meat? this is the 3rd time this has happened, and it only happens at this location in benbrook. This never happens at the Jimmy John’s in burleson. please see pictures. Called the store finally to let them know. The response was, “If you bring it back, we can replace it.” I’m not driving 30 min back for a sandwich. The thing is, we typically pick up Jimmy John’s once every week or 2 for a family of 9, and from here on out, it won’t be from this store. Next time i go to Jimmy John’s in Burleson, i will upload photos of what it should look like. Plus, the female manager is rude on the phone.

Complete joke tonight. freaky fast nope. took 40 minutes with uber and 2 miles away. opened the sandwich and 1 piece of turkey and the rest bread and lettuce. I have been going to them since they opened but never again. going to Subway or Jersey Mike’s. This was a joke. i will bet no refund!!!

Not only was my sandwich delivered to the wrong house, it took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. Once my neighbor brought it over, this is what I got…. I’ve ordered two more times since then hoping it was an off day. It absolutely was not an off day. This location is anything but “freaky fast.” They are freaky slow and take more than an hour, sometimes 2 hours to deliver!!!

We tried this place for the first time only a couple of months ago.Loved it,everything about it we’ve been back several times.love the little john tuna,that cucumber kicks it up a notch.i want to try something else but I never do.My husband has tried a few others,he always enjoys it.
